Research On Production Quality Control Method Of Body In White

In the automobile manufacturing,automobile quality means the strength of BIW and the dimension of BIW.The influence of strength of BIW include: safety and resistance to corrosion and so on,which depends on the steel material and joint technology in the production.Dimension of BIW influence the automobile performance,which contain the NVH and the car comfort,which depends on the product design,the dimension control in the production,the part and so on,however,the strength and dimension of BIW is totally depends on the production quality control.So many automobile enterprise invest lots of money and time on the production quality control so in order to push the automobile become much more higher quality.As we known,there are 4 process about automobile manufacturing,which are stamping shop,body shop,painting shop,assembly shop,BIW production is the second process of automobile manufacturing.The thesis analyze and solve the A car production quality at the beginning of SOP,and also deeply analyze and research the BIW strength and dimension,finally we can find the method of how to control the production control quality.The BIW strength depends on the joint technology,which contain spot welding,stud welding,laser welding and glue and so on.The BIW dimension contain single part dimension,the design of fixture,the way of operating and so on,According to researching the production quality system,and analyze A car BIW strength and dimension quality issues,and finally find the root case of issues and build the quality system.We can save cost for the company because of solving the production quality issues.The thesis consist of five chaptersIn the first chapter,I analyze the quality of automobile company status at home and abroad,the influence of BIW quality are strength and dimension,the automobile company spend a lot of time on researching the BIW quality and at the same time,I state the researching purpose and content.In the second chapter,I classify the A BIW quality into and do the analysis so that I am able to solve and analyze the quality issues and make a control plan.Mostly,I analyze the what influence the A BIW strength and dimension,when it comes to strength,for instance,spot welding,glue,laser brazing and stud welding technology theory and normal quality issues analysis and research BIW dimension quality issues.In the third chapter,I analyze joint technology quality issues and make the control plan,for instance,using visual checking,ultrasonic checking and destructive test to analyze and check the spot welding,stud welding,glue and laser barzing.The BIW dimension is detected and controlled by CMM.In the fourth chapter,taking two example to analyze the BIW strength and dimension.In the fifth chapter,summarizing the thesis.
