In recent years,heavy vehicles such as liquid tank semi-trailers have developed greatly.Because of their high transportation efficiency and good economic efficiency,they have been widely used and have become one of the main transportation tools for road freight transportation.With the continuous development of China's transportation industry,major traffic accidents involving vehicle rollovers continue to increase.Studies have shown that the center of gravity of the tank semi-trailer trains is relatively high,the mass and volume are relatively large,and the wheelbase is long.The distance is relatively narrow,especially when the tanker is in a dangerous situation or high-speed steering,it is prone to rollover accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to study the dangerous scene of rollover.This paper relies on the national key research and development plan "Dangerous Goods Transportation Process Safety and Security Technology Research and Demonstration"(No.: 2017YFC0804808),collects a large number of real vehicle test data,and combines with TrucSim simulation software to propose a typical test condition.The specific research content is as follows:(1)In view of the fact that there are many theoretical studies on the rollover study in China and less road tests,the road test plan and the test data acquisition equipment are selected,and the road test platform is built.(2)The triggering conditions of the rollover scene are set up.By dividing the test data by class and statistically proportional,the main rollover scene is selected,and the driving state of the vehicle when the rollover scene occurs is divided into emergency braking scenes.Three scenes,such as a turn scene and a single shift line scene,are selected according to the actual situation,and the lateral acceleration and roll angle are used to characterize the rollover parameters.(3)The data collected in accordance with the trigger conditions are classified,and the processed data is compared and analyzed in the same scene and different scenarios to obtain the scene with the highest risk of rollover,and the vehicle modeling and simulation are performed by TruckSim simulation software.A rollover threshold was proposed and a new rollover test condition was proposed.
