With the vigorous development of the transportation industry and the acceleration process of urban construction,the ownership of the trucks has been increasing year by year.The traditional inspection methods are difficult to carry out effective supervision.Highway bridges and other transportation infrastructure damage,environmental pollution,tax evasion,facilities maintenance and increase the fiscal expenditure on road traffic safety problems caused by truck overloading,partial load and other dangerous load states have become increasingly serious.The vehicle load detection technology based on road is becoming more and more perfect,but its space and time limitations are difficult to solve.Professor Wang Yunpeng,Professor Li Shiwu,Senior Engineer Chen Guanghua and other scholars from Jilin University,Beijing Jiaotong University and other universities have conducted thorough research on vehicle load detection technology,but the problems of poor durability and low accuracy on cable displacement sensor and strain gauge sensor are still hard to solve.Under this background,with the principle of magnets of homopolar repulsion and piezoelectric effect,this thesis put forward a non-contact type magnetic force displacement sensor with high precision and high precision.On this basis,with the analysis on the structure,bearing and suspension characteristics of truck chassis,it further proposed a load detecting device and method.With the above load detection device and method as the core,from the control strategy,hardware and software,it completed the research and development of the online monitoring system for the load state of the truck.On control strategy level,under the framework of the overall scheme,it established the driving state identification strategy,the road slope detection strategy,the load determination strategy,the axle load determination strategy and the partial load determination strategy.On hardware level,with STC12C5A60S2 MCU as the vehicle terminal processor,combined with ADXL335 three-axis accelerometer,SIM808 and other modules,the driving state identification circuit,data acquisition and processing circuit,road slope detection circuit,vehicle mounted display circuit,remote communication positioning circuit,voltage stabilized power supply and alarm module were established.On software level,under the framework of the overall scheme,signal acquisition and processing procedure,driving state identification procedure and load detection decision procedure were complied.System of monitoring online for truck load condition is active safety device.The system has realized effective monitoring of loading state of truck,which is conducive to improve the traffic environment,slow down the damage on road bridges and other transportation infrastructure,reduce fiscal expenditure due to tax evasion and facilities maintenance expenditure and provide interface and platform for the development of vehicle networking.
