In the 21st century,where the economy is growing steadily,urban traffic conditions have become an important indicator for measuring urban construction.An important part of the urban transportation network is the intersections of large and small cities.The intersection is generally controlled by a signal light system,and cooperates with the green wave belt to achieve the purpose of smooth communication at major intersections in the city.But the congestion at the intersection is still increasing day by day.Urban road congestion has brought many negative effects to urban development.In order to solve the traffic congestion problem as much as possible,China has invested a lot of manpower and funds every year to build urban roads.This method does not work much.It is better to optimize the traffic control system of existing intersections than to construct roads with unlimited space.This will reduce the delay time and number of stops at city intersections,and the passage rate of urban roads will be smooth.After the phase pass right handover of the traditional four-phase intersection,the left-turning vehicle of the previous phase will increase the delay time and the number of stops of the vehicle at the current intersection,and even hinder the driving of the green wave after the traffic flow.Taking the four consecutive intersections of Fule Road to Nanhe Road in Linyuan Road of Mianyang City as an example,this paper proposes a optimization algorithm based on four-phase left turn,according to the specific situation of the traffic flow Traffic flow convergence at adjacent intersections.Reasonable optimization of the current phase time,improve the traffic rate at the intersection,and use Matlab to carry out simulation experiments,and increase the average traffic rate in the three directions of the four intersections on the Lingyuan main road in the straight,left and right directions respectively by 4.125%.,9.675%and 5.8%.Then,the control method of the traditional multi-junction fixed green wave period is improved.A green wave periodic time inference algorithm based on fuzzy control algorithm is proposed.The green time of the different intersections is separately matched,and the polling is based on polling.The mechanism-optimized genetic algorithm calculates the delay time of lanes in different directions of each phase,and transforms the traditional genetic algorithm to solve the phase difference problem into the problem of vehicle queue length and traffic rate on a lane in each phase,and passes the simulation experiment.The vehicle traffic rate at four intersections was calculated to increase by 11.59%,confirm:ing the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm.Finally.Select three sections in the middle of Linyuan Road in Mianyang City as an example.The traffic model was Operate with Vissim and Matlab.lt is concluded that the delay time of the three detection sections of the Linyuan main road can be reduced by 6.1%,24.0%and 18.5%,respectively,by reducing the phase difference by 3s,increasing by 12s and decreasing by 3s,respectively.4.5%,20.8%and 20.0%,the optimal control effect is achieved,and Prove that the optimization algorithm can be used.
