Research On Lean Safety Management Model Of A Power Enterprise

The power industry is a basic industry that affects the national economy and people’s livelihood of our country.The normal life of residents and the development of all walks of life are inseparable from the security of electricity.In recent years,with the rapid development of the national economy,the demand for electricity in all walks of life is increasing day by day.The good development of power companies is crucial to maintaining national and social stability and ensuring the healthy and healthy development of the economy.Therefore,the importance of power engineering safety management is also Gradually,how to ensure the safety problems in the production process of the power industry and improve the safety management level of enterprises has become an urgent problem for the entire industry.Based on the previous research,this paper deeply analyzes the theory of lean management,safety management theory and accident causation,and introduces the common tools of lean management.Secondly,it elaborates the current situation of safety management of China’s power companies,classifies the current domestic safety management accidents,and analyzes the existing problems in depth.In addition,combined with the relevant theoretical basis and the safety management of China’s power companies,the lean security management model of power companies including planning,implementation,inspection and disposal is constructed.Finally,this paper combines the organizational structure of A company,the status quo of safety management and other practical conditions to propose lean safety management measures,effectively guiding the safe production of Company A.This model includes five aspects:creating a lean and safe production environment,identifying safe production processes,optimizing safety production measures,tracking and evaluating the entire process,and continuously improving implementation results.This research enriches the relevant content of the lean security management mode of power companies,and has positive significance for guiding the safety production work of relevant power companies and leading the follow-up research.
