Research And Application On New Product Development Based On Axiomatic Design Theory

With the rapid development of science and technology,the intensity of market competition has intensified,and the competition behavior of production enterprises has turned to the development of product innovation design and intelligent manufacturing.Correspondingly,companies have put forward higher requirements for the development of new products.In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,it's necessary to change the new product development method and shorten the product development cycle to adapt to the rapid changes in market and customer demand.Due to the lack of attention to the product structure,the volatility and uncertainty that are easily generated in the new product development process mostly appear in the structural design part.In order to cope with the various challenges encountered in the process of new product development,this paper constructs a new product modular system design process based on axiomatic design theory,fully considering the overall customer needs.A product structure was proposed based on axiomatic design theory to improve the research on new product development methods.The modular design process classifies customer requirements.According to the ?structure-function? mapping process of axiomatic design theory,the product structure was modularized,and a new product modular assembly system was constructed according to the inherent relationship between product structure and function.The "QFD-KANO model" integration method is used to quantify the qualitative customer requirements.As the input field of the axiom design theory,the input "Z" character mapping relationship was carried based on the axiomatic design judgment matrix and TRIZ theory.The conflict resolution method has realized the structural design realization of new product development.Two examples of fire extinguishing equipment assembly system design and small space self-propelled fire extinguishing equipment design were used to illustrate the innovative design advantages of the two models and verify the feasibility of the new product development method.On the basis of the axiomatic design theory,the new product modular system design flow and product structure design model combine multidisciplinary knowledge to guide the research of new product development methods to realize the process of product information from abstract to specific and gradually refined.It proposes a product design method to meet customer needs,and greatly shortens the new product development cycle,which provides new ideas for the conceptualization of new products.
