With the increasing competition in the automotive market,the family front face design has become an important method for today's auto manufacturers to cope with market competition.Family-owned design has succeeded in creating brand styling features,improving brand recognition,reducing manufacturing costs,and saving development costs.It also brings about the self-homogeneity of the front face model of the same brand.The reason is brand innovation.Lack of ability.In the context of the increasing differentiation of consumers' aesthetic needs,car styling will become the extension of consumer character.Improving the creativity of styling requires rational analysis of the aesthetic needs of consumers.On the basis of ensuring brand characteristics,the former Face design should pay more attention to humanistic care,and injecting emotional factors into the modeling features is an important direction for the development of automotive design in the future.The front face of the car is the main carrier of brand characteristics and modeling genes.According to the morphological analysis method,the front view of the car can be divided into six parts: the front view outer contour,the front windshield,the hood,the headlights,the grille and the fog lamp.In the existing design,the designer To improve brand recognition,the grille and headlights are often designed in a relatively fixed style and applied to all models in the brand to form their own brand features.At this time,exploring the relationship between the front face design elements outside the grille and the headlights and the emotional factors of the consumers has become an important way to innovate the front face design.In this paper,the front outer contour of the SUV is taken as the research object,and the morphological design variables of the outer contour of the SUV are numerically defined.The relationship between the design variables and the consumer's emotional image is explored by using the method of perceptual engineering,and the evolutionary design method is used to draw the consumer.The optimal solution for the appearance of the outer contour of the SUV under the emotional image.Give the optimal design under the image.Provide a new and innovative way for the car's forward-looking design.The main work of the research is:1)First,the relevance of the forward-looking outline to the consumer's perceptual expectations was studied using a method of emotional engineering.The specific steps include: selecting the SUV front view sample and the consumer perceptual imagevocabulary about the car shape through a network route;using the Bezier curve to describe the front view outer contour line of the SUV and numerically defining the outline line,using the KJ method in combination,Multi-dimensional scale analysis method,cluster analysis method to screen out representative samples of front view;focus group report and questionnaire,factor analysis to screen out representative sexy image vocabulary;through semantic difference scale combined with reliability analysis,correlation analysis,regression analysis proved The SUV's forward-looking outline is related to the consumer's emotional image and establishes a relational model.2)Using genetic algorithm to optimize the design of the SUV front-view outer contour line.The optimal outline line shape under multiple image targets is obtained.And using this method to carry out the specific SUV forward-looking modeling design,several design schemes are given.In this paper,the method of perceptual engineering is used to prove the relationship between the external contour of the SUV and the consumer's emotional image,and find the corresponding modeling design characteristic variables under the relevant image,and establish the relationship between the six representative images and the morphological design variables.model.Then,the multi-objective optimization design method of genetic algorithm is used to obtain the optimal contour line shape under multiple image targets.It provides an auxiliary design method for the design of the forward-looking outer contour of the SUV.The designer can use the family front gaze and headlight design while changing the front contour of the front face to create a car front shape that is more plentiful and close to the consumer's emotions.
