The rapid growth of the number of traditional vehicles not only makes the supply of petroleum resources face a severe situation,but also brings serious environmental pollution problems.The promotion of new energy vehicles is of great significance to reducing China’s dependence on imported petroleum resources and improving environmental pollution.As a new force in the automotive industry,electric vehicles have the advantages of high energy efficiency,simple structure,low noise,energy saving and environmental protection,but also have shortcomings such as short cruising range and long charging time,and the lack of infrastructure of the charging station and unreasonable layout.Such problems have seriously suppressed the user’s willingness to purchase and are the main reason hindering the development of new energy vehicles.Therefore,rationally planning the location of the charging station is of great significance to the vigorous development of China’s electric vehicle industry.Based on the research of a large number of scholars,this paper comprehensively considers the influencing factors such as electric vehicle charging mode,charging pile power,user charging behavior habits and user location conditions,and establishes the annua l charging station investment cost and annual user time cost.The charging station location model and the constant volume model are designed.The algorithm and program are designed for the model.Finally,it is applied to the actual case to verify the feasibility of the model and algorithm.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Considering the advantages and disadvantages of the three mainstream location models,under all constraints,a multi-objective charging station location model including charging station construction cost,operating cost,user travel time cost and queue waiting time cost is established,with the minimum total cost as the objective function.Based on the proportional relationship between the charging pile power and the charging station capacity,the constant volume model of each charging station is designed.(2)Combining the adaptability and reliability of ant colony algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm in the location problem,the algorith m is creatively proposed for the particularity of the location model,and designed by Matlab software.(3)Case study.Taking the main urban area of Harbin(fourth ring)as the research area,forecasting the number and distribution of electric vehicles in the region in 2025.After determining the parameters in the program,the operating program obtained the most optimal cost scheme for the electric vehicle fast charging station;and the Voronoi diagram was used to verify the rationality of the location scheme.Furthermore,the feasibility of the location model and algorithm is verified.(4)Combining the output power required by the charging pile,the capacity of each charging station is determined,and the optimal solution for selecting the location and con stant capacity of all charging stations is: when the number of stations in the charging station is 5,the total number of years The cost is the smallest.The program plans to build 19 electric vehicles with fast charging piles,charging stations with a total capacity of 8300 KVA,annual investment cost of 505,700 yuan,annual user time cost of 309,300 yuan,and annual charging station total cost of 815,000 yuan.
