With the continuous improvement of living standards and the increasing power load,the number of transmission and transformation equipment also increases rapidly.The original overhaul mode is not enough to ensure the safe operation of the huge power grid.At the same time,the increase of overhaul workload,the shortage of overhaul personnel and the increase of overhaul cost make condition-based overhaul of substation equipment an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,the development of condition-based overhaul of substation equipment is particularly important.Based on the analysis of the overhaul mode of substation equipment in Jixi Power Supply Company,this paper studies the condition information collection technology of substation equipment,analyses the principle of on-line monitoring and the relationship between on-line monitoring and condition overhaul,and puts forward a mode suitable for Jixi Power Supply Company to carry out condition overhaul.At the same time,based on the state evaluation of transformer equipment and the principle of fuzzy mathematics,this paper establishes a state evaluation method of transformer equipment based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on the Guidelines for State Overhaul of Transformer Equipment promulgated by the State Grid,this paper proceeds from the objective needs of equipment overhaul and the economy of overhaul,and on the premise of guaranteeing the basic needs of equipment overhaul.Overhaul benefit is the standard to choose the best overhaul mode,and the concept of "overhaul quality matrix" is introduced to evaluate the overhaul effect of equipment from the level of components and status,so as to improve the accuracy of overhaul mode decision.This overhaul mode selectionmodel is applied to the overhaul of substation equipment in Jixi Power Supply Company.Based on a large number of data analysis,the annual overhaul project of substation equipment in Jixi Power Supply Company is formed.This research accurately evaluates the risks facing the equipment,establishes the "overhaul planning sequence" of the equipment with the evaluation value as the criterion,and formulates the optimal overhaul time of each equipment according to this priority sequence.Taking the minimum total risk of the power grid as the objective function,considering the annual load characteristics of Jixi Power Supply Company,the annual overhaul project of the substation equipment is added to the overhaul time constraint and the overhaul contract at the same time.The constraints such as bundle,mutually exclusive overhaul constraints and overhaul resource constraints are calculated and the decision results of overhaul time are obtained.
