This paper mainly discusses the steam turbine overhaul training and assessment system based on 3D technology.Using 3D technology,the simulation design of steam turbine overhaul operation in thermal power plant is carried out,which creates a highlifelike virtual reality training and assessment scene for steam turbine overhaul personnel in thermal power plant.The research and development of this system is of great significance to the maintenance of steam turbine in thermal power plant.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects.(1)Taking a steam turbine model of a thermal power plant as the research object,a design scheme of steam turbine maintenance training assessment system based on 3D technology was developed.The 3D model of 3D Max software was used to establish the 3D model of the steam turbine equipment.The Delaunay triangulation algorithm with irregular contours under constraints was used to simplify the model.The creation,mapping and material rendering of the 3D model were completed,and the steam turbine was produced according to the simulation process of the actual turbine maintenance.Overhaul the simulation animation.Finally,the turbine model is imported into the 3D engine for scene management.(2)The steam turbine equipment of the thermal power plant is very complicated.It is necessary to complete the maintenance and disassembly of the entire steam turbine equipment.The workload is huge.The steam turbine equipment maintenance steps are completed by communicating with the on-site thermal power plant personnel and referring to the corresponding maintenance books.The dismantling information production mainly includes the contents of the steam turbine disassembly steps and the disassembly and supplementary instructions.(3)Through the analysis platform and function realization content of the system,the 3D engine Unigine is used to complete the functional design of the steam turbine maintenance training and evaluation GUI interface,and the Qt is used as the program development framework to complete the development of the secondary platform.The secondary platform is mainly to complete the turbine maintenance.Simulation animation and disassembly information integration,while also completing the automatic prompting of device information,and finally debugging and packaging in the Unigine engine.
