It is very important to examine and repair the equipments economically for power plants under the condition of market economy. But one of economical overhaul preconditions is supervising and analyzing the economy index of steam turbine at any time. In the past, the model of overhaul is conventional planned overhaul; the problem is overhauling them too much. It wastes the energy, manpower and money. The conventional overhaul model can not adapt to the development of modern company. They are changing overhaul model to state overhaul. It is of great importance to state overhaul of steam turbine.The article uses condensing steam turbine (300MW) of Jinxing Power Corporation as object of research. Using the network resource of power plants and extracting the information of steam turbine and thermal system from database, it constructs the comprehensive database platform and assistant system of steam turbine in need of recombining and deepening information. It is real-time computing the supervised index and building trend analysis database. It is also carry out Fault diagnosis to the sensor.The programs on this project are developed with the platform of Microsoft Visual C++. It was tested by real-time data in power plant to assure its reliability and accuracy. Now it operates perfectly.The system of the software is a representative example integrating the knowledge of turbine and the specialty of PI system. The programs can reflect economy index of monitoring Generating Unit. It is important to instruct the overhaul of unit correctly.
