The thesis is carried out against the background of Shandong Academy of Sciences innovation project fund.The strong characteristics of sudden heart disease determine the importance of cardiac monitoring.As an important basis and method for the diagnosis of heart disease,electrocardiogram(ECG)is of self-evident importance,which plays an important role in cardiac monitoring.In order to connect with the exiting cloud health big data platform and improve the accuracy and stability of health data,it's vital to research and design a 12-lead intelligent networked electrocardiograph based on the current level of scientific technological development,the existing monitoring equipment and the popularity of intelligent terminals.The heart monitoring system is based on ADS1298 embedded terminal for ECG data acquisition,and then through the wireless Bluetooth technology according to the set protocol and the data is transported to Android mobile intelligent terminals,the terminal application implement the ECG signal waveform,at the same time,using the wireless network to upload ECG data to the cloud background database,which is advantageous for the user and the doctor of ECG data query and cloud platform to health of ECG data's display and maintenance,etc.The main research and design contents of this paper are as follows:1.The formation and characteristics of ECG signal is studied in detail,and based on the MATLAB simulation,by using MIT-BIH Arrhythmia ECG data to find the noise reduction algorithm,and then putting forward the use of wireless impulse response filter,finite impulse response filter,wavelet transform algorithm and the combination of principal component analysis approach to design the scheme of filter and noise reduction algorithm in the signal solving process.2.The paper gives the specific hardware design resembles in system,and putting forward the use of low power consumption,small size and facilitate the development and TI series microcontroller TM4C123GH6 PM is made the control module of the system,at the same time,the integrated ECG acquisition front-end ADS1298 instead of the traditional electrocardiogram machine based on discrete element and the discrete circuit design,the power consumption and the volume of the system are greatly reduced.3.The thesis studies and designs the software design of the system in detail,including embedded terminal software and mobile terminal application program withthe popularity of smart mobile devices,this ECG instrument using the mobile intelligent terminal to display the final ECG,which greatly facilitates the operation and use of users.Meanwhile,as a sub-module of the intelligent cloud health detector,the system can connect the existing detector terminal and cloud data platform without any trace,which is convenient to use.4.Finally,the system is tested based on the ECG simulator and the actual human body,including the waveform display under motion interference,and the filtering and noise reduction were obtained.By comparing the normal ECG signals with the ECG signals collected and displayed by the system,it could be seen that the error was within the allowable range,and the design of the system was verified.In addition,the system inputs are between 0.05 Hz and 150 Hz frequency range,the input impedance is as high as 100 m?,CMRR is 110 dB,50 Hz frequency interference suppression than 30 dB,noise is only 3 uV,these indicators meet medical standards for ECG monitoring equipment which is high input impedance,high CMRR,drift suppression and low noise,the system connects with the existing health platform well.That is to say,the design of the whole system has reached the expected research and design requirements and has a high practical use value and application significance.
