The Internet of Vehicles (IOV) in Internet of Things (IOT) development occurs later, between vehicles and vehicles, vehicles and people, vehicles and road large network of wireless communication, enables intelligent traffic management. In recent years, increasing the vehicle, and constantly improve mobile communications to promote the rapid development of the domestic car networking. Mobile Cloud is a cloud computing infrastructure developed, integrated vehicle mobile terminals scattered resources, and unified, so that users can get the resources they need on demand. Mobile computing and cloud computing, gave birth to mobile cloud computing. Mobile cloud computing is (Moblie Cloud Computing MCC) is a mobile Internet reallocation of resources. Mobile device anytime, anywhere needed to obtain the necessary software, platform and infrastructure service in underwear.Mobile intelligent terminal has the ability to access the Internet, carrying a variety of different operating systems, various functions can be customized according to user needs. Mobile smart devices to portable as the core, so it’s relatively small size, which also led to a lot of shortcomings. In particular, the problem of insufficient battery capacity, the battery issue has been one of the biggest problems restricting the development of smart terminals. For example, now more mainstream big-screen smart phones, particularly energy needs. Mobile intelligent terminal has become a necessity of life, the existing battery capacity and associated energy-saving technology can not meet people’s needs. Offloading thought cloud algorithm proposed road test (road test unit adjacent service) and cloud-car mobile intelligent terminal building into a collaborative system. By migrating to smart mobile terminal application testing and so energy-intensive part of the road-side implementation, thereby reducing the energy consumption of mobile terminals, and can greatly improve the user’s experience of the car and so on.Existing algorithms offloading nearly as much as the rest of the environment, after the application would not have the resources to perform testing, until after the completion of the implementation of the results returned. In a networked environment, the car, the car (ie mobile intelligent terminal) is moving at high speed, and its environmental changes especially fast, flexible resource changes, especially changes in network bandwidth, application execution by offloading may be delayed, the results may is unable to return, to reduce the experience of the users.The offloading algorithm of this paper is three-vehicle networking architecture proposed is designed for in-vehicle environment adaptively decide whether to offload applications and cloud resources according to changes in bandwidth availability. Offload strategy to improve the accuracy and ensure the migration efficiency.
