Steel structure has the advantages of high strength,light weight and fast construction,and is widely used in the field of civil engineering.As an important stressed member of steel structure,steel beam needs to meet the requirements of strength,stiffness,stability and other engineering design.At the same time,steel beam often meets all kinds of damage,some even endanger structural safety.Therefore,steel beam needs to be strengthened to meet the requirements of carrying capacity and normal use.Prestressed carbon fiber sheet reinforcement technology can significantly improve the utilization rate of tensile strength of carbon fiber materials,improve the bearing capacity of members,limit the development of flexural members,and obviously improve the performance of members.This paper explores the application of prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement technology in steel beam reinforcement project.Based on the research results at home and abroad,the mechanical properties of prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforced steel beam are studied by combining experimental and theoretical research.(1)To carry out the prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement bending performance test of the steel beam,reinforced concrete beam with prestressed carbon fiber sheet reinforcement standard,gives the prestressed carbon fiber sheet reinforcement steel beam construction process and construction technology requirements,with the flange and the carbon fiber plate under the conditions of the steel beam prestressed degree of strain value analysis for the bearing capacity,deflection of beam,the influence law of destruction features,built for prestressed carbon fiber sheet reinforcement beam collaboration factors that influence the mechanical performance of the optimal initial prestress degree is given.(2)Based on the beam bending theory of plasticity,analyses the prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcement force characteristic of normal section steel beam,based on finite element theory established the prestressed carbon fiber reinforced plate formula of normal section bearing capacity of steel beams,contrast analysis of the theoretical and experimental results,this paper,theoretical formula for calculating reference for the engineering design in the future.(3)Analyzed the prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcing steel beam under the action of bending deflection deformation characteristics,according to the steel beam bending theory,using prestressed carbon fiber were built using section stiffness of the composite plate deflection calculation formula of reinforcing steel,concrete under three kinds of load condition are given by prestressed carbon fiber plate reinforcing steel beam deflection formula,to facilitate the future engineering design.
