As the main material of Engineering construction,the performance of concrete has been widely concerned by the construction industry.Especially in the special natural environment,the performance of concrete is the focus of attention in the construction industry.Our country has a vast territory,and all kinds of extreme natural ecological environment are manifested in different regions.Especially the alpine natural environment is very common.Especially in the three northeastern provinces and the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,the alpine natural environment is the normal state of the local natural environment.In this natural environment,the construction of engineering projects will naturally be affected by the cold natural environment.As the main material of Engineering construction,concrete is prone to deterioration and corrosion in cold environment.The most common problems include cracking,freezing-thawing,dissolution and chemical erosion of concrete face slab.Among these problems,concrete crack is one of the main factors leading to the decrease of concrete performance,which plays a decisive role in the permeability of concrete.At the same time,it will produce coupling effect and superposition effect with other problems,which will accelerate the deterioration of concrete performance and ultimately lead to concrete damage.Therefore,how to improve the performance of concrete in high-cold environment and avoid the occurrence of cracks in extreme environment has become an important problem to be solved urgently in the construction of construction projects in high-cold areas.In the high-cold environment,concrete cracks are the result of many factors,including concrete material properties and structural factors,while the external factors include construction and natural environment.Therefore,in order to improve the crack resistance performance of concrete,we usually start with concrete mix ratio,construction quality management and external maintenance conditions.In the research process,the concrete with shrinkage-reducing and crack-preventing micro-expansion material as the main additive material was determined by grouping experiments based on the theory of tight packing of cementitious materials,and the mix ratio was optimized.Then according to the different indexes such as workability,durability,crack resistance and strength,and the results of the tests of compressive strength,ultimate tensile value,impermeability,frost resistance and early crack resistance,it can be seen that the concrete prepared by the concrete mix ratio in this paper can meet the requirements of crack resistance of concrete in high-cold environment.Taking the waste ditch outlet storage power station as an example of Engineering application,considering the physical and geographical environment of Mudanjiang area in Heilongjiang Province,considering the sensitivity of concrete face slab to temperature in the cold environment,and starting from the angle of raw materials,the mix proportion of concrete in the cold area is optimized,so that concrete has good crack resistance,and spraying and water spraying are used at the same time.Maintenance and many other maintenance methods are used to maintain the concrete face slab,so as to reduce thecracking probability of the concrete face slab as much as possible.The final results prove that this technical means is feasible.Through this study,it is proved that the mix ratio and maintenance technology designed in this paper can reduce the impact of concrete cracking due to its own factors,and provide some theoretical support for the optimization of concrete face slab in cold environment and site construction.
