Study On The Protection And Development Of Traditional Villages In Northeast Sichuan From The Perspective Of Land Intensification

Traditional villages are the accumulation of the Chinese nation’s historical civilization and the material embodiment of the wisdom and diligence of the Chinese people.At present,traditional villages in China are affected by economic development and urbanization,and their protection is facing various challenges.In the process of rural land consolidation and intensive use of rural land in China,the protection and development of traditional villages are more prominent.Through the analysis of the relevant research on the intensive use of rural land,the author concludes that the current intensive use of part of the land in our country is contrary to the protection of traditional villages.This way of applying to the general rural areas is not fully applicable to the traditional villages with special historical value,which leads to the disadvantage of traditional villages in the process of promoting the intensive use of land.The situation of protection and development arises.This paper discusses the protection and development of traditional villages in northeastern Sichuan from the perspective of land intensive use development,analyses the concept and connotation of land intensive use,introduces the concept of land intensive use into the development of traditional village protection,and puts forward the problems faced by traditional villages from the perspective of land intensive use.By analyzing and summarizing the basic situation of traditional villages in Northeast Sichuan,we can find the commonness of traditional villages in Northeast Sichuan,and try to put forward the idea of protection and development of case villages based on land intensive through the specific analysis of case villages in Northeast Sichuan.Finally,we explore the general strategy of protection and development of traditional villages in Northeast Sichuan.This paper analyses the layout of representative villages in Longtan River and Baizhang villages as well as the current situation of land use,finds out the problems existing in the current land use of case villages,and puts forward the basic ideas for the protection and development of traditional villages in Northeast Sichuan from three aspects of system,planning and economy.Finally,under the guidance of the principles of "sustainable development" and "principled protection",it puts forward the Northeast Sichuan.Strategies for the protection and development of traditional villages.The first is to improve the efficiency of traditional elements by replacing and expanding the functions of traditional buildings and reclaiming idle cultivated land;the second is to strengthen the coordination between traditional village protection planning and land use planning,and to incorporate the content of protection into land planning;the third is to change the economic development mode of traditional villages in northeastern Sichuan,so as to realize the characteristicmanagement of agriculture and villages.Moderate development of tourism industry;Fourth,optimize the construction mode of various facilities to achieve intensive utilization of facilities;Fifth,innovate the protection and management mechanism of villages.
