| Traditional villages are the main space for agricultural population gathering, with rich material and intangible cultural heritage, and are an important carrier of China’s traditional ethnic culture and agricultural culture. But with the advancement of urbanization, the expansion of urban space has squeezed the production and living space of villages, and the evolution of villages has shown a phenomenon of intensified population loss and serious hollowing out of villages, highlighting the contradiction between human and land relations.Due to geographical limitations, traditional villages in mountainous areas still face multiple challenges such as frequent natural disasters and lagging economic and social development. In recent years, with the promotion of rural revitalization strategy and the continuous improvement of recognition of the value of traditional villages, the research on the protection and development of traditional villages in mountainous areas has gradually become a hot topic in the academic community.Due to its unique geographical location and complex and diverse natural environment, the western Sichuan region has been a major channel for ethnic migration, differentiation, and integration in China since ancient times. This has also led to a constantly changing process of human land relations and village material space in the region. After the Wenchuan earthquake, traditional villages in the western Sichuan region underwent large-scale reconstruction, and their material space and village industry development went through a stage of development from stagnation to slow recovery.Against the dual background of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the overall tourism development plan in western Sichuan, traditional villages that have undergone post disaster reconstruction have ushered in a new development opportunity, which may be driven by reconstruction policies and gain new development momentum,Or different development models may emerge due to the transformation of industrial structure. Therefore, this study focuses on the relationship between village human land relationship and village development, and based on value orientation, selects two typical villages to compare the material space of the village from their internal and external spatial structures and residential architectural forms, and explores the dominant factors behind the different development states of the village; At the same time, based on a problem oriented approach, from the perspective of village development, explore the future development trend of rebuilding and developing traditional villages in the western Sichuan region under the current human land relationship conditions. This article takes the evolution of the relationship between people and land in western Sichuan as a perspective, and compares the evolution of traditional villages for reconstruction and development in the mountainous areas of western Sichuan. It studies the influencing factors of their evolution and their future development trends. The research is mainly divided into four parts. The first part establishes the macro, meso, and micro inspection scales of this study from the perspectives of time and space, and studies the mechanism of village evolution under the influence of human land relationship. Then, traditional villages in western Sichuan are divided into two types: reconstruction development type and natural development type based on the different development of human land relationship, and Luobuzhai Village and Taoping Village are selected as typical villages; The second part studies the evolution characteristics and process of human land relations in typical villages from three stages: the traditional agricultural period, the post establishment period of New China, and the post disaster reconstruction period. The results show that the evolution of this type of village presents three states: slow development, rapid expansion, and sudden reconstruction in different periods; The third part compares and analyzes the external spatial structure, internal spatial structure, and architectural form of traditional villages; The fourth part analyzes the evolution factors of the reconstruction and development of traditional villages in the current human land relationship environment based on the above research. The results show that policy support, industry driving, and transportation development are the dominant factors in the evolution.Based on this,a judgment is made on its future development trend.According to the above research, the development of traditional villages in western Sichuan has shown different development states in the initial stage of village construction due to physical geography conditions, different development models in the rapid expansion stage due to traffic development and industrial structure adjustment, and different development trends in the post disaster reconstruction leap forward development period due to different policy guidance and reconstruction models. |
