The basic theory of BIM-based construction project management has become more and more mature,and the practical application of BIM in the field of housing construction has become more and more valuable,which provides the necessary basic conditions for BIM from integration to integration and promotion.In fact,BIM is not only a technology or concept,but also a process improvement methodology.In other words,BIM is committed to optimizing the whole construction process by analyzing relevant data at different stages of the whole life cycle of the building to predict the results.The essence of BIM is to complete a transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.For example,the thinking mode of engineering construction should be changed from linear to closed-loop gradually.For example,BIM will break the traditional project management mode of the construction industry,and a new digital management mode dominated by information technology will replace it.How to use the developing information technology to better assist the development of project management and fully realize the landing application of BIM technology in order to promote the transformation of project management and construction industry is a major and severe challenge.Firstly,this paper defines the meaning,characteristics,function and value of BIM highway quality management by combining BIM technology and highway quality management theory,starting from the research status of BIM-based field quality management,big data engineering management and BIM-based highway quality management.By establishing a clear path from the BIM highway quality management data source to the ultimate goal of prediction/decision optimization,this paper puts forward a path to realize the value of BIM highway quality management data,which lays a theoretical foundation for the application of BIM technology in highway engineering quality management.Through the establishment of BIM-based highway quality management platform,the extraction and storage methods of BIM quality management data are analyzed,and the process framework of BIM-based highway quality management large data text mining and analysis is proposed.BIM engineering database and highway quality management data integration platform provide data model basis for subsequent analysis and prediction of highway quality management problems,which is an important technical support for BIM to achieve project quality management.Under the framework of the process and platform,this paper integrates the big data text mining method into the BIM highway quality management problem analysis process,and proposes a highway quality management problem analysis method based on BIM and big data.Based on the above foundation,taking the Jiumian Expressway project,the first expressway in China to apply BIM,as an example,this paper conducts an empirical study,verifies the feasibility of promoting the application of BIM in highway engineering quality management practice in the era of big data from the basic theory,data base and large data text mining methods,and analyses the challenges and opportunities faced in the implementation process.It provides the basis and reference for the popularization and application in the field of highway engineering.
