Engineering quality is the guarantee for the survival and development of construction enterprises.The extensive mode of quality management makes the construction industry achieve intensive development of quality and efficiency extremely difficult.The application of information technology has become an important way to change the development mode and improve the quality of construction industry.BIM is the key information technology of construction industry and creates conditions for digital quality management and big data analysis.So far,the research and application of quality management based on the integration of BIM and big data have just started,the research of application method is still in “blank”.This paper takes the quality management of construction engineering as the object,Applying the technology of BIM and big data to quality management of construction engineering innovatively,and systematically researching the implementation path and application method of BIM and big data in quality management,which can provide reference for the quality management of construction engineering based on BIM and big data.In this paper,starting from the current situation of quality management,thoroughly analyzing the theory of total quality management,BIM and big data technology,the feasibility and necessity of BIM and big data in quality management of construction engineering is expounded,and the implementation path of BIM and big data in quality management is proposed,to provide idea for the quality management of construction engineering based on BIM and big data.By systematically analyzing the life-cycle of BIM-based quality management data,an analysis process framework of the big data in quality management based on BIM in designed.In the guidance of this framework,the structure of BIM-based quality management data,the method of data extraction and storage based on BIM are proposed,and the analysis method of the text big data in quality management based on text mining is put forward,so as to realize the analysis method research of big data in BIM-based quality management and provide data support for the total quality management based on BIM.The technology of BIM and big data are integrated into the workflow and information flow of quality management,and the total quality management process based on BIM and big data is constructed.In the guidance of this process,systematically analyzing the method of BIM-based quality management data integration,storage,sharing and its application,and the application points and implementation steps of BIM and big data in total quality management are put forward,finally proposing the method of the total quality management based on BIM in the environment of big data and guiding the total quality management based on BIM andbig data.Finally,taking the A project as an example to carry on the empirical study on the application method in quality management of construction engineering based on BIM and big data.By applying the BIM and the analysis result of big data to the stage of construction preparation,construction,completion acceptance of project A,the rework and design changes are effectively reduced,the control and efficiency of quality management and the quality of project A are improved.And all of this validate the feasibility of the application method of quality management based on BIM and big data.
