With the rapid development of China's economy and society,and under the background of increasing demand for transportation,the construction of transportation infrastructure and the modernization of transportation,the relationship between transportation and society is closer and the mode of interaction become more complicated.The rapid development of expressway has led to the economic development of the region along the line.Under this background,it is very important to find out how to integrate expressway construction,especially route optimization,with regional economic and social development along the expressway,and improvement of land resources utilization in a better way.The first chapter summarizes the relationship between transportation,expressway construction and economic development at home and abroad,expounds the research content,and puts forward the technical route of the dissertation.In the second chapter,through the research and analysis of conventional route selection schemes,the dissertation concludes that although the conventional route selection scheme is quite comprehensive,it pays more attention to the investment cost in the early stage of the project,which leads to lack of emphasis and it is not closely integrated with the current economic and social development background.Therefore the dissertation has improved the conventional evaluation indexes,mainly for land indicators,social indicators,economic indicators,environmental indicators and so on.Based on the energy-saving index and the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a new improved evaluation model is constructed,which enriches the evaluation theory of expressway impact on the region from the perspective of the whole region.The third chapter introduces the basic situation of Mianyang-Xichong expressway.On this basis,a new recommendation scheme of the starting,ending of and route direction of the expressway is put forward.Under the improved evaluation system,the model of the new recommendation scheme is compared with the original one.By comparison,the new recommendation scheme is more reasonable.In the fourth chapter,the Mianxi expressway recommendation scheme is used for practical test.The recommendation scheme and the original scheme are discussed through the national economy comprehensive evaluation and difference analysis,and the dissertation concludes that the recommendation scheme is more reasonable and more operable.The fifth chapter provides some suggestions on the route optimization of related projects in the future,such as that it should be based on the actual evaluation index of the project,and it should gradually focus on its influence on environment protection and energy-saving.After analysis,the new recommendation scheme is more propitious to promoting regional economic and social development along the line,improving the utilization rate of land resources development and energy conservation.At the same time,under the background of rapid economic and social development and highway development in China,the evaluation system proposed in this dissertation has a certain referential significance for the current and future practice of expressway route optimization.
