| The main link closely related to vacuum science and aerospace technology comes from the environmental simulation of space,because rocket engines and manned spacecraft,spacecraft,space stations and space probes are all carried out in the natural vacuum of the universe during space flight.For this reason,it is necessary to establish a space simulation test device for simulating the space environment on the ground.Whether the design of the device is reasonable,finds insufficient design,defects in materials and manufacturing processes,reduces or avoid the failure of spacecraft’s work,life expectancy and reliability of spacecraft launching,the large-volume vacuum spherical tank and piping system of this paper is formally based on the needs of simulation experiments.Firstly,according to the need of simulation test,the requirements of vacuum ball tank and pipeline system are put forward in this paper.Secondly,this paper focuses on the detailed construction process of vacuum spherical tanks and piping systems.The basic construction process,manufacturing process and installation process of the spherical tank and piping system are standardized for each process in the process.Finally,the focus is on the commission of the vacuum system including settling test,internal pressure test and vacuum test.A detailed description is given from the preparation of the test to the test process and monitoring.The test data was recorded and analyzed.Thereby,accurate and objective test results are obtained.The vacuum test successfully extracted 10 Pa,and the pressure value after 24 hours of holding pressure according to the revised relationship between pressure and temperature was 25 Pa.The test results reached the design requirements,demonstrating that the design plan is reasonable and feasible,and the construction process meets the design requirements.It provides theoretical basis and technical support for vacuum system design and construction,and has a strong guiding significance. |
