The permanent magnet synchronous motor compressor is the key part of the air conditioning,the efficient control and the reasonable selection are the operation guarantee of the air conditioning with low power consumption,high efficiency and low noise.In this paper,the theoretical model of the ac compression motor is established by analyzing the working condition of the ac motor,and the sensorless control algorithm is optimized.Based on the analysis of the sensorless control algorithm based on traditional sliding mode observer,on the basis of in order to reduce the chattering of sliding mode control problem,improves a sensorless control algorithm based on adaptive sliding mode observer,using phase-locked loop PLL the arctangent function to replace the original algorithm to calculate the rotor position,improved the disadvantages of introducing high frequency dithering signals tangent function.In the operating cycle of air conditioning,the system is disturbed by torque ripple when the compressor is at low speed,which will cause great noise.In order to reduce the noise and the switching loss of inverter,a combined SVPWM algorithm based on sensorless control is proposed.The hardware design of the whole control system is studied.The whole design is divided into control board,power board(driver board),IPM(intelligent power module)three modules.At the same time,the similarities and differences between F2812 and F28335 of C2000 series are briefly compared,and the important peripheral devices used in this project are emphasized,and the design of each hardware circuit is completed.The software design of the whole control system is studied,the software platform CCS6 and the peripheral software Settings are introduced,and the SVPWM flow chart,sliding mode module flow chart and main program flow chart are given in detail.GRAPH was used in CCS to monitor all variables in real time.It is of great significance to study the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)used in the compressor of air conditioning system.Permanent magnet synchronous motor has the advantages of simple structure,high power factor,light weight and small loss.These advantages make permanent magnet synchronous motor in the field of home appliances set off a wave of applications.Based on the requirements of energy saving,consumption reduction and environmental protection,this paper explores a safe and simple driving method of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)applied to air conditioning system.
