The mechanical properties nondestructive testing prototype of the full-size wood composite panels which based on the principle of free vibration can be used in the automatic nondestructive testing of the full-size wood composite panels's mechanical properties.However,the prototype which is comprised of many components and complex principle is prone to have a breakdown in the case of continuous operation under the severe environment of factory.In order to find the location of the fault as soon as possible and to deal with it,or to find and optimize the weaknesses of the prototype,we need to analyze and optimize the reliability of the prototype.The reliability of the prototype is the ability of the prototype to complete the specified function under the specified time and conditions.Firstly,this paper introduces the mechanical structure and measurement and control system of the prototype,and the composition principle and function arrangement are analyzed in detail.Secondly,this paper mainly studies the prototype's measurement and control system.Through the reliability block diagram model analysis of the prototype's measurement and control system,we acquire the reliability of the prototype's each subsystem and the whole.The fault tree analysis of the prototype make the finding and analysis of fault more coherent and intuitive.Blocksim software is used for the simulation calculation of the prototype's reliability throughout the reliability block diagram model analysis and fault tree analysis.The failure mode and effect analysis are used to count and analyze the failure mode during the use of the prototype,and the solutions or improvement measures are given.Finally,according to the reliability analysis results,the hardware system and software system of the prototype are optimized.For example,aiming at hardware system,this paper puts forward to increase the ink jet printing function,improve the vacuum suction unit and other reliability optimization recommendations;Aiming at software system,this paper optimizes the readability and the testing process.The reliability analysis of measurement and control system of the prototype show that the prototype's reliability is 0.9 when the running time is 455 hours.The optimization study improves the reliability and detection efficiency of the prototype.The detection time of each full-size wood composite panels is saved for 5 seconds.The research results in this paper achieve the requirements of the subject.
