With China's development from a large civil aviation country to a strong civil aviation country,civil aviation transportation plays a pivotal role in the comprehensive transportation system.Airport gate assignment is an important part in the airport management and operation.The level of management and efficiency of the airport gate assignment is an important factor related to the overall level of airport services.Therefore,researching on the issue of airport gate assignment problem(GAP)needs to be taken seriously.This paper is based on the premise of the gate assignment problem:This paper firstly analyzes the pre-assignment problem.According to the deficiencies of the existing airport gate pre-assignment model,the model is improved.The objective function aiming at minimizing the proportion of passengers in distant gate and the equilibrium degree of the gate assignment are established,the constraints such as the gate attribute and adjacent flight sliding and launching constraints are added to achieve better gate pre-assignment effect;Based on the shortcomings of the existing gate re-assignment model,the paper established a gate re-assignment model based on the flight priority.From a global optimization perspective,the higher priority flights can be adjusted to the appropriate location,so that the model can better reflect the characteristics of inter-flight differentiation,at the same time,the transfer distance of the part of the passenger who has not reached the airport pre-assignment gate is added,so that the airport pre-assignment gate model is more in line with the actual operation demand.The paper changed the existing model assumed that all passengers were waiting at the pre-assignment gate when the re-assignment gate information was released.Considering after the re-assignment gate information is released,some passengers directly arrive at the re-assignment gate.Taking the moving distance of these two parts of passengers as the optimization goal,the gate re-assignment model is more in line with the actual needs.The paper uses the hybrid genetic-tabu search algorithm to solve the proposed model.Analysis of results before and after improvement of model,the analysis results show that the model and algorithm in this paper can be used to solve the problem of gate pre-assignment and gate re-assignment in airport,it is reasonable and effective.
