Design And Implementation Of Visualization Management System For Maintenance Of Buildings Based On BIM

With the rapid development of Internet information technology,the emergence of Buiding Information Model(BIM)technology has led to the informationization,automation and intellectualization reform of the construction industry.It improves the efficiency of production and management in the related fields of the construction industry.A large number of successful cases and practical experience have created feasibility for the development of visualization management projects.The new concepts of"smart city" and "smart building" have brought great development potential to the construction operation and maintenance industry.The traditional management mode of building operation has a problem with information lag.With the new requirements of current operation and maintenance system,this problem is urgently needed to be solved.Above all,this paper aims to design and develop a Visualization Management System for Maintenance of Buildings based on BIM.It will provides instant building information and satisfies production business requirements.So as to achieve efficient,intuitive and convenient operation and maintenance of buildings.The main work includes:(1)On the basis of consulting and investigating,the actual needs are summarized and analyzed with reference to mature cases,and design the overall implementation scheme of the system(2)Design and develop the indoor environment monitoring system,and realize the collection,transmission and storage of environmental data;(3)Based on environment data,BIM raw information and energy consumption data,etc.database design and communication are carried out according to system business logic(4)With the BIM model FBX as the carrier and the combination of Unity3D development platform and BIM technology,the front-end display pages for users to browse and operate are provided.(5)In the process of designing building operation and maintenance management,the functions of Building Visualization,System Monitoring,Energy consumption analysis,Query statistics,etc.were completed,and two operation and maintenance system versions of PC and Android mobile were released.The innovation of this research lies in breaking the idle state of BIM model after completion of construction.It makes the BIM model give full play to its value in the operation and maintenance stage.However,this paper uses the Unity 3D platform to process the three-dimensional model of building and develops the system function.This new system offers a new plan for the realization of visualized construction operation,in the meantime it also supplies a convenient operation experience and scientific suggestions for managers.
