As the main maintenance object in the operation process of subway equipment,due to its complicated system,it covers a lot of contents and covers a wide range of subjects,meanwhile high reliability requirements are needed and maintenance work is complicated,which results in a large amount of information required by the equipment in the operation and maintenance stage.The traditional maintenance mode with the help of two-dimensional plane and paper-based equipment information is single,with low visibility and low efficiency,making it difficult to meet the needs of operation and maintenance management.With the development of information technology in the construction industry,BIM is gradually applied to the design,construction,and operation and maintenance stages of the subway project.The BIM models delivered in the construction stage today generally lack a large amount of non-geometric information,This makes it difficult for the BIM model to continue to be applied during the operation and maintenance phase.Based on the building information model,this paper studies the automatic integration method of subway equipment information,an information integration management system is develops,and assists the operation and maintenance personnel in realizing comprehensive and refined automatic integration of subway equipment information management.This article mainly completed the work:(1)According to the information requirements of the operation and maintenance stage of subway equipment,supplement it from various aspects such as information classification,information delivery,model depth,and various parties,analyze fragmented operation and maintenance data,and apply the theory of digital-analog separation to summarize the data class storage,establish the data delivery template of the operation and maintenance stage,standardize the basic information delivery standards of the participants,and propose the BIM model operation and maintenance data expression method,which provides basic data guarantee for the realization of the automatic integration of subway equipment information based on BIM.(2)In view of the difficulties in the metadata integration of the current subway equipment operation and maintenance stage,the information faults in the construction and operation and maintenance stage,and the low degree of automation of information integration,study the storage method of metro equipment operation and maintenance data based on BIM,compare the custom parameter types in BIM software,and propose a three-stage shared parameter information automation integration method,proposed a three-stage shared parameter information automation integration method.and then developed a BIM-based information automation integration system,compared with the Dynamo information automation integration method,the implementation effect of the two integrated subway equipment model operation and maintenance information is verified by an example,and a more efficient operation and maintenance information integration method is obtained.(3)In order to realize the standardized management of subway equipment information,the equipment information is classified,defined and assigned.According to the Classification and coding of urban rail transit facilities and equipment,a mapping relationship between BIM models,physical equipment and operation and maintenance information is established,and corresponding codes are developed The system integrates coding provides comprehensive information management services such as query,management and automatic coding.(4)By using three examples,the operation and maintenance-oriented metro equipment information automatic integration system studied in this paper is verified by the equipment model operation and maintenance information integration effect,and the integrated model is imported into the commercial operation and maintenance platform EcoDomus for operation and maintenance effect display.The integrated method and developed system make up for the lack of information in the construction,operation and maintenance stage,have realized the automatic integration of large-scale model non-geometric information,it helps to further promote the application of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance stage.
