Since many nuclear facilities were built years ago, We lost a lot of engineering data of the nuclear factories which were built with relatively backward technology. So workers can not have a clear understanding of the internal situation of the nuclear facilities. And some nuclear facilities date, even if there exists some drawings date, are not saved in the form of three-dimensional model. And it makes the design of decommissioning of nuclear facilities more difficult. and we can not come out a plan which can be applied with advanced simulation software.It will make the decommissioning projects more difficulty, And it is difficult to develop a reasonable technical processes.The internal situation of nuclear facilities is very complicated and there exists serious radiation around the factories. If we send someone to the building to observe the situation of the factories. The workers will be badly harmed by the radiation, and there exists many limitations. This article intends to use the Unity platform to create a management and visualization system of nuclear facility. The system can restore the scene of the nuclear facilities, and may develop a three-dimensional roamingsystem which can enable the users observe and oversee the factories. We can develop a complete reconstruction and visualization management system which can be extended to other reconstruction and visualization systems of decommissioning projects. Three-dimensional reconstruction of the scene can be used to avoid the radiation of the nuclear factory to a large extent, the development of visual management system can provide references for setting up decommissioning engineering technology program and the specific operational procedures.It is also good for the workers to have personnel training and specific operation during the decommissioning process, It provides a good reference for the effective management and other nuclear facilities decommissioning project.(1) First, we propose the overall program process of the management and visualization system. In this paper, the design process of the system is divided into five parts, namely: create a factory terrain, create the factory scene of nuclear facilities, the post-processing of scene and three-dimensional scene roaming experience. The premise of the whole system is that there exists an accurate three-dimensional model of the scene, the three-dimensional model created by other related software can be directly transferred to the system and then be processed.(2) Then we propose the creation process of nuclear facility scene.The whole factory scene creation can be divided into two parts,respectively is creating the factory terrain and creating the factory workshop. Create the terrain and transfer the 3d mode created by the related 3d graphics software into the Unity engine, and place them on the reasonably to make them evenly distributed in the scene, and then add material, texture map to them. The plant grass and bushes on the terrain,We must ensure the final result of nuclear factory reduction in the scene can be very good.(3) Then put forward the post-processing process for factory scene.Respectively add sky boxes, light sources, scripts and occlusion culling to the scene, After the all operation, Ensure the factory scene can be enveloped in clear sky and the whole scene can show a lively colorful atmosphere, at the same time ensure that the occlusion culling area will not be seen in the scene and the objects are eliminated and rendering performance is improved, the most important thing is to ensure that the camera can be set to three-dimensional roam the whole scene.(4) At last, debug the whole system, 3d roam the scene and then analyze the simulation results. After the system debugging, the system will show error and tip. Modify the error and tip until the system debugging result is correct. 3d roam the whole system, guarantee the system are smoothly roaming and the scene is effect and real, there is no hysteresis and anomalies. The results of simulation analysis of the system can ensure that all object component time-consuming and there is noabnormal memory usage, system overloading and operation error. In a word, the results of debugging, 3D roaming and analysis indicate the system can run normally, which has reached the design requirements.
