The light-duty steel structure workshop has the advantages of Large span,small dead weight,small stiffness,small damping,etc,because of these advantages which making it extremely vulnerable to snowstorm damage or even collapse and the damage is also severe.Therefore,the paper takes a light steel structure workshop with single span and double slope roof as the research object,based on the method of theoretical analysis,wind-induced vibration responses and the wind disaster vulnerability under different snow loads.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The finite element model is established by ANSYS software,wind load is simulated by combining AR linear filtering method and wind carrier type coefficient.The uniform and non-uniform roof snow loads are considered,among them,non-uniform snow load divides the roof panel into 88 areas and the probability distribution model of roof snow load was established.(2)The dynamic time-history analysis of the light steel workshop under wind and snow load was carried out,and the influence of different wind direction and snow load on the structure was considered respectively.The displacement amplitude and root mean square of the nodes were used to reflect the dynamic response of the structure.The results show that,except for the lateral displacement of the right column under the action of 90 wind direction Angle,the displacement response of other frame joints increases linearly with the increase of snow load.The more obvious the non-uniformity of roof snow load is,the greater the displacement response of the structure will be.(3)This paper analyzes the vulnerability of light steel workshop,calculated the failure probability of the structure under different snow loads and different failure states and and drawn the vulnerability curve.The results show that the collapse resistance of the light steel building is strong,but the probability of all kinds of failure states under heavy snow load and strong wind is high,which indicates that the structure is easily damaged or even collapsed under heavy snow load and strong wind.
