In recent years,the bad weather gradually increased in China,and all kinds of natural disasters are more frequent.But in many natural disasters,Effect of light steel structure is particularly prominent,causing huge economic losses and heavy casualties.Industrial construction of portal frame light steel structure is widely used in many fields,but the portal frame light steel structure is a snow load is sensitive to the form of the structure.Therefore,to prevent or reduce the snowstorm of portal frame light steel structure workshop adverse effects,so snow load of the portal frame light steel plant were intelligent monitoring and early warning system were studied.Firstly,the research status of intelligent monitoring and early warning system of ice load at home and abroad is introduced;Secondly,using the Midas Gen finite element software portal rigid frame light steel plant under snow load structure numerical simulation study,combined with an engineering case,the failure mechanism of the collapse of the light steel structure under the action of snow load is studied in detail: snowstorm purlin because of the snowstorm produced large deflections,unable to provide for rigid frame lateral support for rigid frames,and when after the fall of the roof purlin,roofing load through the purlins in turn on the frame surface load imposed additional,further deterioration of the plane rigid frame instability destruction.When the frame of the out of plane failure,to a connected with the steel column caused by flexural torsional buckling and bending buckling global instability,the portal frame light steel plant caused by partial collapse or collapse of the whole,so portal rigid frame light steel plant ice and snow load intelligent monitoring and early warning system of ice and snow load monitoring node should be set in the workshop every span roof purlin Central;Thirdly,the portal frame light steel building for the overall design of the platform design ice intelligent monitoring and early warning system,including system hardware structure and software system of overall framework,main parts of the system selection consists of MCU,sensor,wireless transceiver chips and embedded operating system;Finally,ice and snow load intelligent monitoring and early warning system according to safe,efficient,economic principles of light steel structure to carry out economic analysis,using finite element software MIDAS Gen portal frame light steel building structure numerical simulation analysis,obtains the system running the best snow load values as ice and snow load intelligent monitoring and early warning system to run the "threshold",using Matlab software in the threshold of the door type rigid frame light steel plant of common span and steel fitting formula.Portal frame light steel building ice and snow load intelligent monitoring and early warning system,to avoid overload because of snow load caused by portal frame light steel building safety accidents has positive practical significance and structural design according tothe system of economic indicators of portal frame light steel plant,plant to reduce the amount of steel,improve the economy also important significance.
