As the optimization of urban traffic travel structure lags behind urban development, the transportation supply is difficult to meet the optimization and adjustment of urban functional layout, resulting in traffic congestion problems in most cities. At present, the public transportation infrastructure of most cities in China has gone from purely incremental development to the development stage of both incremental and stock. The public transportation infrastructure is improving day by day, which provides strong hardware support to optimize the transportation structure, enhance the competitiveness of public transportation, and alleviate traffic congestion. However, neither the bus service level nor the bus sharing rate is ideal at present.Practice shows that only the scale expansion of the facilities can not really guide the sustainable and healthy development of the bus. Therefore, improving bus service level by optimizing bus dispatching is a theoretical and practical issue that should be paid attention to in current public transportation management. This paper deeply analyzes the development status of ground transportation in domestic cities, studies the research results at home and abroad, and fully considers the characteristics of bus scheduling strategy and passenger flow demand, and conducts in-depth research on the combined scheduling optimization problem of the All-stop and Limited-stop Service.Refine the nature of the problem and propose solutions and optimization indicators. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,Analyzes the macro policy orientation of the country's public transport development in recent years.Based on the development and operation status of domestic urban ground transportation in the current context, the characteristics of bus dispatching organization strategy and passenger flow demand are further analyzed. The core problem of this paper is to optimize the combined scheduling of the All-stop and Limited-stop Service from the perspective of bus supply and demand balance and passenger travel time efficiency.Secondly, aiming at the shortcomings of the existing research on the OD matrix backstepping of passenger flow and site classification, the necessity and influencing factors of the OD matrix backstepping of passenger flow are expounded.A passenger flow OD matrix back-calculation model is constructed, which considers the distribution of the number of residents' travel stations, the site land intensity based on the travel distance, and the site transfer capacity. Then, based on the analysis of passenger flow time and spatial distribution characteristics, combined with the relevant provisions of the "Urban Integrated Transportation System Planning Standards" newly issued at the end of March 2019.An optimization model for the combined scheduling of All-stop and Limited-stop Service considering equilibrium and efficiency is constructed, which takes the constraints of average commuting time and passenger flow sharing ratio into consideration and embeds the passenger allocation model to seek the best coupling solution for the stop combination, the departure frequency plan and the travel demand,The improved adaptive genetic algorithm is used to solve the bus combined scheduling optimization model. Finally,a case study is carried out with the 9th bus line of a city as the background to verify the effectiveness of the model and algorithm. The combined scheduling optimization scheme of the 9th bus line is given, which is compared with the current situation and the optimization scheme under different model methods. The experimental results verify the rationality and practicability of the invalid bus capacity as the objective function and the commuting time as the efficiency index and the passenger flow sharing ratio as the equilibrium indicators, which provides theoretical support for the practice of combined dispatching of All-stop and Limited-stop Service.
