Study On The Architecture Design Method Of Homestay In Qingdao Laoshan Scenic Spot From The Principle Of Integration And Symbiosis

In recent years,with the continuous development of global tourism,the pattern of the tourism industry is also changing.The form of public tourism has gradually changed from sightseeing to experiencing,and the characteristic regional culture has become the most attractive tourist experience hot spot.In order to follow the requirements of the development and changes of the tourism era and meet the tourism experience needs of tourists,"homestay " came into being.Different from traditional hotels and hostels,homestay not only have the basic functions of tourism accommodation,but also pay more attention to the local flavor and regional culture when creating the atmosphere,so as to provide tourists with a different experience.Therefore,the emergence of homestays promotes the development of tourism and shoulders the important mission of inheriting traditional and regional culture.However,due to the lack of professional knowledge and emotional input,many homestay owners fail to realize the importance of regional cultural continuity.In the design and construction process of homestay facilities,they either destroy the style of traditional residential buildings or blindly follow the trend of construction,resulting in disjointed regional culture and lack of distinctive homestay buildings.This paper focuses on this,through the traditional regional humanities and modern skills of the concept of mutual integration and symbiosis of the homestay architecture design methods were studied.First of all,this paper integrates the current situation of home stay facilities research at home and abroad,and then sorts out relevant theories to provide sufficient theoretical basis for the follow-up research.Then,in order to explore the architectural design principles and methods and strategies of home stay facilities,this paper selected several excellent home stay facilities in relevant fields at home and abroad for detailed analysis,summarized their commonalities,and based on this,integrated the architectural design principles of home stay facilities under the guidance of the concept of mutual integration and symbiosis.Then,it analyzes the development background conditions and existing problems of the homestays in Qingdao laoshan scenic area,and guides the design of the homestays in Qingdao laoshan scenic area by the design principles based on the concept of mutual integration and symbiosis,and puts forward the design methods and strategies in the analysis of the development conditions,the planning theme and the design of architectural space.Finally,applying the strategy to Qingdao laoshan scenic spot carved dragon mouth community of a home stay facility construction project practice,to inheriting traditional region culture,meet the demand of tourists experience for the purpose of the design,combined with the natural resources of Qingdao laoshan scenic spot and regional cultural features and the combination of modern architecture technology symbiotic create experience extremely regional cultural features of a home stay facility.Homestay building construction,based on mutual harmony symbiosis concept design with regional,ecological and experiential design as a principle,is the best continuation,regional cultural history style and features,it’s also the best interpretation of natural ecology and sustainable development,I hope this article can provide help and enlightenment to the development of regional characteristics of homestay building,to inherit the tradition and local culture.At the same time,we hope to further promote the development of rural tourism industry,thereby improving the rural industrial structure,and also contribute to the implementation of the national strategy of rural revitalization.
