Study On The Impact Of Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway On The Development Of County Economy In Panzhou

Railway,as an important national infrastructure,plays an irreplaceable leading role in the inter-provincial and inter-city transportation system with its high transport volume,stability,security and other characteristics,and plays a great role in the process of economic and social development in China.In recent years,the rise of high-speed railway in China's railway construction is due to its own advantages.The characteristics of high-speed railway are that it not only has the original transport advantages of Train,but also has the characteristics of speed,comfort and environmental protection.With the Party Central Committee and the State Council attaching great importance to China's high-speed railway construction,the layout of China's high-speed railway network is expanding,which will have an important impact on the development of the national economy,especially on the mode of travel,location selection and factor flow along the high-speed railway.By studying the relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper sorted out the research ideas of scholars at home and abroad,and then studied the impact mechanism of high-speed railway on Panzhou county economic development from the aspects of regional accessibility,regional economic growth and regional space.Based on this theory,taking Panzhou Station of Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway as an example,this paper makes a concrete analysis of several indicators in Panzhou County.This paper selects the weighted average time before and after the opening of high-speed railway between cities and provincial cities in Panzhou,and constructs the accessibility model of high-speed railway and regional economic development.Based on the analysis of Panzhou County of Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway,this paper summarizes the positive effect of the construction of Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway on Panzhou's regional accessibility.On the premise of these data,the total population of Panzhou,Kaili,Anshun and Guiyang,and the per capita income of rural and urban areas are added to calculate the economic benefits brought by the construction and opening of Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway for Panzhou County Economy,as well as the economy.The influence of economic connection strength.Thus,the quantitative impact of the construction and operation of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway on the economic development of Panzhou County is determined.The investment multiplier model is used to calculate the marginal cost and the corresponding income to Panzhou County by using the total investment of PanzhouRailway Station,the total consumption price level of Panzhou County residents and the disposable income of residents.By comparing the GDP of four cities at the same level in Panzhou,namely Kaili,Duyun,Fuquan and Xingyi,this paper deduces the impact of high-speed rail on the GDP of Panzhou County;comparing the data of three industries in Panzhou and Xingyi,it summarizes the gap between cities at the same level in the presence of high-speed rail;finally,the paper draws conclusions and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions as well as reflections on the shortcomings of the paper.Chinese style.the Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway can solve the problems of insufficient regional transport capacity and employment difficulties,achieve the separation of passengers and freight,improve regional accessibility,promote economic growth and strengthen economic ties in Panzhou County,promote the optimization and adjustment of economic structure in Panzhou County,and create tens of thousands of employment opportunities.However,the construction of high-speed rail will bring both advantages and disadvantages,which are analyzed in detail below.
