With the revitalization of the electric vehicle industry,A large number of electric vehicle connected to the grid and superimposed with conventional electric loads will lead to increased load fluctuations in the grid,which is prone to the problem of "peakto-peak".Therefore,the technology of Vehicle-to-Grid(V2G)has also been widely concerned.This paper takes private electric vehicles as the research object,and studies the corresponding charging load scheduling control strategy of large number electric vehicles.Firstly,the charging load of EV is calculated by Monte Carlo method.In the process of calculating the charging load,the calculation model of charging load is constructed based on several factors which will affect the charging load of EV,including the performance parameters of on-board batteries,the quantity and scale of EV,the charging mode and behavior habits chosen by the owner,The calculation model of charging load is constructed,and the daily charging load curve of electric vehicle is obtained.Secondly,the concept of swarm intelligence optimization theory is introduced,several common swarm intelligence optimization algorithms are summarized,and a new intelligent optimization algorithm,whale optimization algorithm,is introduced.The limitations of whale optimization algorithm are analyzed,and an adaptive weight strategy is proposed to improve the whale optimization algorithm.Six single-peak and multi-peak test functions were used to test and compare the adaptive weight whale optimization algorithm with genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm.The experimental results show that the improved whale optimization algorithm exhibits better convergence ability and optimization performance for a variety of test functions.Finally,under the guidance of time-sharing tariff strategy,a multi-objective optimization model based on V2 G technology considering wind power output and EV coordinated dispatch is constructed.The model aims to minimize the fluctuation of equivalent load of power grid and the charge cost of owner.The objective function is fuzzily processed,and the multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single-objective non-linear optimization problem.In this paper,the whale optimization algorithm is used to simulate the optimization problem.,the emulation outcome indicate that the dispatching strategy can effectively suppress the load fluctuation of distribution network,reduce the peak-valley difference,and also bring certain benefits to the car owners involved in the dispatching.
