In this paper, the characteristics and present situation of electric vehicle and its relevant charging facilities' development was systematically discussed and analyzed, and on the basis of charging pattern to determine the corresponding charging facilities planning and construction scheme, focus on the electric vehicle access to the city grid and pointed out that the influence of electric vehicle access for grid and its supporting role. For the city grid is concerned, electric vehicle mass access is austere challenge is also great opportunities, it will enable the power system to clean and efficient, intelligent direction.On the analysis of electric vehicle performance and structure, this paper discusses the potential benefits of electric vehicle scale access to the city grid, through comparing the function of electric vehicle and pumped-storage hydropower station, it is concluded that the benefits of electric access huge profits.And then based on the charging pattern of electric vehicle, classified the electric vehicle load, analyzed the influence of different types of charging facilities on city grid planning. In order to narrow grid peak and valley of poor,the model of electric vehicle optimal operation is built, and giving hypothesis example.Then emphatically analyzes planning of the electric vehicle charging station, the number of electric vehicle based on the distribution of residents and the weight of candidate address is determined by using of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The optimization cost model of locating and sizing of charging station for electric vehicle is built.The simulation is carried out on a test example by using particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the results show that the model is effective and feasible.Point out the current new energy generation grid connection existing problems, in consideration of large-scale electric vehicle grid connection, and make full use of the characteristic of electric vehicle, with wind power grid system, at the basis of ensuring the reliability of the system, the paper put forward a new analysis model, this proposed model not only maximize wind generating capacity and system reliability,but also minimize the operating cost. This paper looks at research and development and standards-writing efforts in electric vehicle scale access to the city grid that must benefit the new energy integration grid system.
