With the development of China's urban rail transit industry,higher standards have been set for the safety,reliability energy conservation and environmental protection of rail transit.The regenerative braking energy absorption device is developed from the initial energy consumption type to the later medium pressure energy feed-back type.The medium-voltage energy recuperation device have become the standard configuration in traction power supply system.A series of tests are needed to reduce the failure rate of the medium-voltage energy recuperation device before they leave the factory.The monitoring system designed in this paper can collect and analyze the current,voltage and temperature parameters of the medium-voltage energy recuperation device in real time,thus improving the test efficiency of the medium-voltage energy recuperation device,making the test more accurate and convenient,and reducing the failure rate of the device in the operation process.In this paper,the design requirements of the medium-voltage energy recuperation device test platform monitoring system are studied firstly,and the overall scheme of the monitoring system of the test platform is designed through the test content.Secondly,the schematic design of the monitoring system hardware of test platform is completed.According to the test content,the sensor selection,signal conditioning board,network transmission unit and data storage unit schematic design were completed,and the acquisition,conversion,network transmission and storage of current,voltage and temperature signals in the medium-voltage energy recuperation device were realized by the monitoring system of the test platform.Then,the monitoring software of medium-voltage energy recuperation device is designed.Using top-down design ideas and measures for the design of modular and hierarchical levels of classification of software structure,using LabVIEW G language in medium-voltage energy recuperation device test platform monitoring system of data receiving display program,data control procedure and function subroutine design,realized the test platform monitoring system for the success of the acquisition data display medium voltage energy recuperation device.Finally,the test of medium voltage energy recuperation device by monitoring system of test platform is completed.According to the design requirements of the monitoring system of the test platform and the design results of the monitoring system of the test platform,the test and test research of the test platform is carried out,including:start-stop sequence verification,current and voltage protection,load test of medium voltage energy recuperation device.It is verified that the monitoring system of the test platform can accurately test the medium voltage energy feeder.
