The test of valve's flow coefficient is one of the important tests of valve's performance. In this thesis, a new test way of valve's flow coefficient based on virtual instrument is talked about and realized. The system includes sensors, data acquisition card, industry control computer and tset software. The platform can carry out testing the valve's parameters, processing the tested data, saving automatically the processed data, displaying the result and printing the report. The accuracy and efficiency of test has been greatly improved by the test system.The main content of this thesis includes the application of computer test and virtual instrument to the system, the selection of the hardware, the installation and debugging of the system, the method of resisting disturbance both hardware and software. In the thesis, the emphasis is the design of the software interface and function. At last the tested result is analysed and compared in order to prove that the test system the test of valve's flow coefficient has been developped successfully.
