With the rapid development of new energy,the data acquisition of photovoltaic power generation plays an increasingly important role in the industrial production and scientific research of photovoltaic power generation.At the same time,the requirements of data acquisition function in photovoltaic power generation system are also increasing.Up to now,most of the lower computers of photovoltaic power generation data acquisition system are single-chip microcomputer.The processing speed of single chip microcomputer is slow and the precision is low,so it is difficult to realize the requirement of real time data acquisition.The SOPC technology based on FPGA has the advantages of high clock frequency,small internal delay and flexible design mode.It can be reduced in the design,and can also expand the peripherals.At the same time,it has both software and hardware.The programmable function of surface is an effective method for real-time acquisition of photovoltaic power station data.In this paper,a design scheme of independent photovoltaic power station data acquisition system based on SOPC technology is proposed in this paper.This scheme takes the EP4C6E22C8NFPGA chip as the system calculation and control core,and takes Quartus Ⅱ as the development platform to realize the collection of important parameters of the PV power station.The software and hardware design process of the system is described in detail in this paper.Hardware is mainly composed of DS18B20 chip and BH175OFVI chip.Linear Hall current sensor,linear Hall voltage sensor,OPA388 operational amplifier chip,TLC549 chip and SIM900A are used as temperature acquisition module,light intensity acquisition module,current acquisition module,voltage acquisition module,A/D conversion module and communication module,respectively.The software realizes the collection and calculation of the important parameters of photovoltaic power station,sends the data to the network through RS232 protocol and GPRS,and displays the data on the upper computer.The test results verify the feasibility of the design scheme.
