Research Of J Highway Project Investment Risk

Since the reform and opening up,China has attached great importance to the development of highway,and achieved remarkable results.In the development of national economy,the highway industry not only plays a driving role,but also plays a solid role in ensuring the rapid and healthy development of the national economy and escorting the improvement of people’s living standards.However,there are still many problems in the risk control and management of Expressway investment,such as inadequate management,vague returns and so on.Whether it is in line with the level of national economic development or social expectations,there are many investment risks.Project J is a local encryption line in Jiangxi expressway network planning,and an important part of "three horizontal and one vertical" Expressway network.Investment risk management of this project is the focus of investors and builders.Firstly,this paper analyses the literature of project investment risk management at home and abroad,introduces the basic theory of risk management;takes J expressway project in Jiangxi Province as a case study,introduces the investment management status of the project,identifies the risk factors of the project;constructs the evaluation index system of project investment risk,establishes the risk evaluation model based on the analytic hierarchy process,and combines with it.J project carries out risk assessment;according to the evaluation results,the project investment risk early warning and control program is formulated.This study provides some constructive ideas and suggestions for expressway investment risk management.
