Large-span continuous rigid frame bridges with high piers have many advantages,such as high and flexible piers,consolidation of piers and girders,strong spanning capacity and convenient construction,and are widely used in practical projects.With the increasing span of continuous rigid frame bridge,the construction difficulty is also increasing.There will be more difficulties in actual construction.Therefore,key technologies such as construction monitoring play an important role in bridge construction..This paper takes the newly built(92+172+92)m high pier and long span continuous rigid frame bridge from Miguigou to Warixiang section of XV02 County Road reconstructed in the reservoir area of Lianghekou Hydropower Station in Ganzi Prefecture as the engineering background.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The finite element software Midas Civil is used to simulate and analyze the construction process of Zhatuo Bridge.By comparing the theory with the measured data,the change of alignment and stress in the cantilever construction process is analyzed.At the same time,the correctness of the simulation model is further verified.(2)The construction control simulation model is used to study the values of the jacking force under different closure temperatures,and the influence of closure jacking force on the deformation and internal forces of the main beam and the main pier is analyzed.(3)Analyze the process of establishing the local model of 0# block by Midas FEA and the determination of the load condition.The spatial stress distribution of each part under different working conditions is used to analyze the possible location of the crack.(4)According to the difficulties faced by the background bridge 0# block pouring,the layered pouring scheme is proposed and the feasibility of the scheme is analyzed.The finite element software Midas FEA is used to establish the 0# block hydration heat analysis model to analyze the scheme.The distribution of the temperature field of the part.(5)According to the actual situation of the project and the distribution of temperature field in each part under the layered pouring scheme,effective temperature control measures are proposed,and the proposed temperature control measures are analyzed by the control variable method to obtain the optimal temperature control scheme.
