| Recently,the large-scale construction and development of high-speed railway has profoundly changed the pattern of passenger transport in the regional transportation corridor,which has brought great influence to the passenger flow sharing rate and passenger transport benefit of expressway.How to avoid the vicious competition in the passenger transport market,promote the coordinated and orderly development of various modes of transport,and realize the optimal overall benefit of the corridor has become an urgent problem to be solved at present.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out the study on the competition and cooperative development of high speed railway and expressway in regional transportation corridor.Four parts are contained in the research.The first part is basic concept.In this part,the theory of regional transportation corridor and the related concepts of high-speed railway and expressway are expounded,and on the basis of analyzing the characteristics of high speed railway and expressway,a comparative analysis of the technical characteristics and operation mode of high-speed railway and expressway is carried out.The second part is passenger transport competition.In this part,assuming the essence of passenger transport competition is the battle of passenger volume.From the point of view of passenger travel mode selection,a combination of qualitative and quantitative method is used to determine the factors that affect the choice of passenger travel mode.Then,the improved Logit model is selected as the competitive model of high-speed railway and expressway.And the service index parameters of the benefit function are determined by triangular fuzzy number.Finally,in order to verify the validity of the model,taking Baolan passenger transportation corridor as an example,analyzing the competition situation of high speed railway and expressway in the corridor.The results show that different passenger flow sharing rate of high-speed railway and expressway under different distance and the competitive advantage distance of expressway.The research of this part provides a reference for the research of the cooperative development of the next.The third part is cooperative development of passenger transport.In this part,the cooperative theory is analyzed firstly.Then,the contents of two aspects from the point of view of collaborative layout are studied crucially.One is to choose the layout mode of passenger connection station from the point of view of the smoothness connection and the convenience of passenger travel,and the second is to consider the needs of the minimum passenger travel cost and the maximum benefit of the operating enterprise.The design model of high speed railway and expressway passenger Transport Connection Network is constructed in the case of ensuring the economic rationality,technical feasibility and greater social benefit of the connection network design scheme,and genetic algorithm is used to solve it.In order to verify the practicability of the model and algorithm,the connecting network between high-speed railway and expressway in Baolan passenger transportation corridor is designed.The more satisfactory line layout scheme is obtained,which shows that the research of the thesis has practical significance.The forth part is development strategy of passenger transport.This part puts forward the strategy to promote the orderly competition and coordinated development of high-speed railway and expressway from three aspects,including widening passenger transport market,optimizing service quality and optimizing passenger connection layout. |
