Study On The Mechanism And Countermeasures Of The Impact Of High Speed Railway Operation On Highway Passenger Transport In Multidimensional Perspectives

High-speed rail is well-known for its high-speed,comfort and safety,thus it has been more and more popular among people.With the progress of high-speed rail technology and the increasing improvement of high-speed rail network construction,the high speed rail will certainly have a huge impact on passenger transportation.However,with the future improving living standard and the plebification of civil aviation,the popularization of High Speed Rail must be an irresistible trend.The past main road transportation market pattern definitely will be marginalized.To preferably grasp the effect mechanism of High Speed Rail on road transportation,the thesis is about to analyze the effect of High Speed Rail on highway transportation in multi-perspective of highway transportation enterprise,traveler and social society and combine to apply Qualitative and Quantitative into the research so as to realize the advantage complementation and promote robust and harmonious development of highway and railway.This paper first defines and analyzes multidimensional perspective and mechanism of influence in the title,and then elaborates the three processes of evolution of transportation development in our country,making comparative analysis on the characteristics of different modes of transportation and the features of passenger flow.Second,based on multidimension,the impact of high-speed rail opening on highway passenger traffic is studied from the perspectives of society,highway passenger transport enterprises and travelers,and the mechanism of influence is then analyzed.The case study of Chongqing-Wanzhou Intercity Railway is also conducted.Third,the benefit function is used to make quantitative analysis of the impact of high-speed rail on highway passenger transport,selecting the factors affecting the utility value of different transportation modes to build index system,and building the corresponding indicators of the selected factors.Based on these,the utility function of different transportation modes is constructed,and the utility function weight is determined by fuzzy number set method,so as to standardize the factor values of impacting function.To make an instance,Chongqing-Wanzhou Railway is used to discuss the impact mechanism of high-speed rail transport on highway passenger transport.Next,the paper analyzes the impacting result of high-speed rail opening on highway passenger transport-the change of passenger flow sharing rate by building the model of passenger travel selecting,and clarifies the basic theory of passenger flow sharing rate forecasting.By selecting logit model as the forecasting model,the selection model of passenger travel behavior and sharing rate forecasting model are constructed,and the passenger flow sharing rate of highway and railway after the opening of railway is predicted using Chongqing-Wanzhou Railway data.Finally,by analyzing the highway passenger transport industry and the demanding situation and combining with the SWOT method,strategic analysis of the development of the highway passenger transport industry is conducted.The paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions on the impact of the high speed railway opening from the perspectives of highway passenger transport enterprises,industries and the government respectively.
