| With the continuous development of social economy,the number of private car has increased tremendously.However,in the current urban planning and design work in China,the land available for the construction of parking spaces is very small,so the number of private car is much larger than the number of parking space.according to the data survey in recent years,it is found that there is parking space gap in large and medium-sized cities throughout the country,and the number is huge.Therefore,the common social problem is the difficulty of parking in urban areas.Through the investigation of the utilization rate of parking spaces in residential areas,it is found that there will be a large number of vacant parking spaces in different periods of time in residential areas,and the utilization rate of idle parking spaces is also an important factor causing parking difficulties.Therefore,in order to make full use of the idle parking spaces in residential parking lots,this paper proposes an urban shared parking guidance system,which monitors and manages the private parking spaces in residential areas in a unified way.Users can upload the rental time of the parking space themselves,thus improving the utilization efficiency of the idle time of private parking spaces,to provide a new way to obtain parking information for the users who need parking spaces,and through the system design to improve the vehicle entry and exit efficiency,reduce vehicle stagnation and cruise time,to enhance the user’s parking experience and alleviate the effect of traffic pressure.Urban shared parking guidance system is an important part of urban shared parking management system.This paper makes a detailed demand analysis and overall scheme design for the parking guidance system,and the key technical schemes required in the system are compared and selected,and the work-flow of the system is described in detail.Through the overall design of the off-line hardware part of the system,the guidance system is divided into three parts,including: intelligent control terminal,entrance and exit integration device,parking guidance and monitoring system.In conjunction with the hardware part of the guidance system,the overall work-flow of the system software was designed,the functions,architecture,management interface and database design of the parking lots management client and communication server were performed,and the communication functions of the control terminal and server were designed in detail.Including communication protocol design,communication program development and heartbeat package setting;In order to ensure the accuracy of data transmission,the CRC data verification principle is analyzed in detail and the algorithm is designed according to the verification principle.In order to improve the parking space reservation and parking efficiency,this paper first turns the best parking space model into a multi-attribute decision problem,and makes a detailed study of the best parkingspace model selection algorithm.Then,the optimal parking path planning algorithm is studied by edge weight construction,optimal path planning model and Dijkstra algorithm optimization.Finally,the parking space guidance system,cloud server,parking lots management client and shared management platform were tested.The research and design of the urban shared parking space guidance system will eventually integrate mobile phone APP,cloud server,parking lots management client and shared management platform to achieve parking space sharing function,complete the unified management of urban parking spaces,and provide great convenience for private parking space management and user use in urban areas.The system finally realizes the rental of private parking spaces on the main line of the car and the advance booking of parking spaces.In conjunction with the offline intelligent control terminal,the parking spaces are accurately guided.The user information and the management platform and the payment platform are bound to realize the non-sensory payment of the vehicle and improve the efficiency of the vehicle.Reduce invalid running time.The system test shows that the system can upload data and receive data in real time and accurately,realize the automation of information acquisition and upload,save manpower cost,and the system of parking space sharing and management can realize the intellectualization,automation,and informatization. |
