With the development of the social economy,the automobile enters the era of mass consumption,and the number and scale of parking lot development and construction are increasing day by day.In order to be able to better manage the parking lot,design and develop the intelligent parking management system.It is necessary to improve the efficiency and level of the operation of the parking lot from the perspective of the owner,manager,and user of the parking lot.This paper first analyzes the application background of intelligent parking lot management system in underground space at home and abroad,and summarizes the related research literature.Secondly,the key technologies of supporting intelligent parking system are described in detail,including parking space detection technology,Internet of things technology,wireless sensor network technology,Internet technology,license plate recognition technology and application technology of large data cloud platform.Then,according to the requirements of general information system development and the specific situation of this system application,the system development needs analysis is carried out.On the basis of system development needs analysis and technology selection,the overall planning and detailed design and positioning of this project intelligent parking management system are carried out.Finally,the paper expounds how to realize the func tions of the intelligent parking management system such as unified access management,parking space reservation management,cross-separation of owner account management,intelligent traffic management and reverse intelligent car search.The test results of the intelligent parking management system developed in this research show that the vehicle management function module of the system can ensure the smooth use of users,and the system cloud service function module can safely store and analyze vehicle data.The query function module can easily provide accurate location information of parking spaces,and the parking space guide function module can quickly and accurately guide motorists to park vehicles nearby.In particular,the parking expenses partition time-sharing function module can be timed and billed according to the set conditions.This multi-functional intelligent parking management system can effectively solve the complex parking management problem of multi-owner underground space in densely populated areas.Moreover,by seamlessly connecting third-party parking lots into the smart parking management system,mobile client access,commercial value mining,data analysis,and operation and management of parking lots can also be achieved.
