As one of the first choice of large span Bridges,single-span single-cable cable-stayed bridge has been widely used for its advantages such as structural advantages and aesthetic forms,especially in urban cross-river Bridges.Although cable-stayed bridge has the advantages of large span capacity and less clearance restrictions under the bridge,the cable-stayed bridge has the advantages of multiple statically indeterminate structures,complex design and calculation,as well as relatively complex cable force and beam connection structure.Therefore,the construction control must strictly control the various indicators,such as linearity.internal force and so on.At present,the construction technology of cable-stayed bridge is mature,but the construction experience and data of cable-stayed bridge with single tower and single cable surface are relatively less.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry out the research on cantilever construction monitoring of single-span single-span cable-stayed bridge.Taiji bridge is a single-tower single-cable plane cable-stayed bridge.The main girder is constructed with cantilever.Based on the structural characteristics and construction technology,the construction monitoring of taiji bridge is discussed and studied.1.Collected the domestic and foreign research on the construction monitoring results of cable-stayed Bridges at home and abroad,determined the principles and methods suitable for the construction monitoring of taiji bridge by combining the structure and construction characteristics of the taiji bridge,and clarified the key points of parameter control at all stages of construction;2.analysis the bridge control difficulty and key,and the bridge cantilever construction control and final closure segment construction control problems such as study,through the Midas/civil bridge structure analysis software,set up a bridge model,the construction simulation analysis of cable-stayed bridge during construction internal force and deformation,etc.Keep in a safe,standard within the error range ot values;The theoretical values of stress,displacement and cable force of the cable-stayed bridge under various working conditions are obtained by the model calculation.3.eable-stayed bridge construction control calculation by are acceptable computation,can simulate the construction steps,at various stages in the process of construction of structure stress,deformation,cable force,temperature test,compared with the theoretical value,analysis of monitoring parameters,discovery is unusual,timely warning and take immediate measures,monitoring model to adjust when necessary,to ensure the safety of construction;4.Check the correctness and applicability of the construction scheme and the monitoring scheme in each stage through the comparison analysis between the elevation,linearity,deviation of the main tower,cable force and structural stress of cantilever pouring main beam and the theoretical calculation values in the construction site;Finally,from the index theory of construction control calculation and measured results are consistent,it is concluded that,for a single pylon single cable plane cable-stayed bridge cantilever construction control for monitoring solution with enough accuracy and feasibility,also shows that the construction control method and the calculation is correct,the monitoring scheme can guide the construction,monitoring method has great practical value.
