At present,the rapid development of new energy technologies and the access of a large number of distributed generation(DG)in traditional distribution networks make traditional distribution networks face many challenges.Wide-area synchronous measurement technology is an important means to solve the control and protection of active distribution networks.The distribution network wide-area measurement system collects the dynamic data of the distribution network at a specific rate and uploads it to the data concentrator through a synchronized phasor measurement device(PMU)dispersed in different geographical locations.It is uploaded to the main station to realize synchronous dynamic monitoring of the entire distribution network,thereby realizing real-time protection and control of the distribution network.Different from the existing main power grid wide-area measurement system,the structure of the distribution network determines that there are more PMU devices in its wide-area measurement system,so that there are a large number of node devices in the whole system for high-frequency communication.This makes the distribution network wide-area measurement system have higher requirements on communication frequency and bandwidth.In addition,due to the large number of distribution network nodes and the small overall range,this requires lower overall communication costs.Therefore,unlike the simple optical fiber communication of the main power grid,a hybrid network of multiple communication modes such as a wireless network,a power line carrier,and an optical fiber is required.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:1)In-depth study and analysis of the communication process of the wide-area measurement system in combination with the GB/T26865.2-2011 protocol,and build the WAMS platform,analyze the entire communication process with Wireshark software,and further explore the method of efficient transmission on this basis.Data frame modification is performed for the existing protocol,thereby realizing efficient transmission of real-time data of the wide-area measurement system.2)On the basis of evaluating the communication status and data transmission characteristics of the distribution network,combined with the existing synchronized phasor data concentrators at home and abroad,the functional requirements of the synchronized phasor data concentrator in the active distribution network are analyzed.Design a distribution network synchronous phasor data concentrator that can support multiple channels of wireless,4G LTE,power line carrier and fiber.3)Test the basic functions and key indicators for the proposed synchronous phasor data concentrator of the distribution network.Develop multi-channel PMU simulation software,set up a wide-area measurement system test platform,and test the basic functions of the distribution network PDC.An active distribution network model with multiple DGs was built by using DIgSILENT software to simulate the actual operation of steady-state operation,single-phase short-circuit fault and phase-to-phase short-circuit fault of the distribution network,and generate corresponding synchronized phasor simulation data.Provides analog power system data for key technical tests of synchronized phasor data concentrators,making the test results reliable.
