Investigation And Analysis On Plant Landscape Of Genghis Khan Park In Hohhot City

As one of the types of urban public green space,urban parks are an indispensable part of the city.Along with the rapid urbanization process in China,urban parks in China are carrying more and more functions for cities,and showing the human characteristics of cities is also increasing.Landscape plant allocation is one of the most important means of gardening,so it is necessary to study it.Taking Genghis Khan Park in Hohhot City as the research object,this paper systematically studies the plant landscape of the park through extensive access to relevant documents such as urban parks,plant landscape,and on-the-spot investigation,statistics and summary of the park for several weeks,focusing on the plant species and community allocation patterns,the status quo of plant landscape in the main areas,and plants.The relationship between landscape and other gardening elements is analyzed in detail,and the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The species of plants planted in the garden were investigated in detail.There were 64 species of artificial landscape plants in Genghis Khan Park,Hohhot,belonging to 25 families.There are few kinds of landscape plants in the garden,mainly local plants in Hohhot.Most of them are foliage-viewing and shape-viewing plants.The combination of deciduous and evergreen tree species can form a plant landscape with distinct seasons.The plant community allocation model of Genghis Khan Park in Hohhot City is quite diverse.Among the limited landscape plant species,the plant community allocation model is more abundant,which not only conforms to the growth characteristics and habits of landscape plants in the local area,but also meets the needs of plant landscaping beautification.(2)According to the main zones of Genghis Khan Park in Hohhot,the status quo of plant landscape in the main areas of the park was analyzed and evaluated.There are nine main landscape areas in the park,namely,entrance area,karst cave gorge area,Jinding Grand Tent area,waterfall overlapping area,waterfront trestle area,platform performance area,wetland hydrophilic area,Island Lake area and scenic platform area.The plant landscape in different areas has their own characteristics.Both on the whole and in part,vegetation landscape reflects the landscape focus of their respective areas,but there are also some existing.There are many shortcomings,especially in details and maintenance,which need to be improved urgently.(3)According to the actual investigation and analysis,the plant landscape and water body,Garden Road and building elements of Genghis Khan Park in Hohhot were analyzed respectively.The types of water body in Genghis Khan Park in Hohhot are divided into lakes,ponds,streams and cascades.The most interactive parts of plant landscape and water body are waterfront and surface,and each part is coordinated with plant landscape.The plant landscape of Genghis Khan Park in Hohhot is well matched with the main garden road,the secondary Garden Road and the part of the garden road.The buildings in Genghis Khan Park are represented by landscape pavilions and corridors.The wall base is mostly built by gradually deformed layer by layer,with tall tree layer near the side of the building,followed by small tree layer and shrub layer.The arrangement of shrubs,flowers and ground cover in the corner part of the plant landscape is inadequate and lacks details.
