The development of new energy vehicles is the only way for our country to become a powerful automobile country from a big automobile country,which has become a national strategy."With the gradually development of new energy electric vehicle,the position and function of electric vehicle charging infrastructure operator is becoming more and more significant.A charging infrastructure operator as a typical enterprise in the charging infrastructure operation industry,with the characteristics of small-scale enterprises,less capital and so on.But it also faces some problems,such as unclear value proposition,unstable customer flow,long payback period,insufficient resources and so on.These problems are also common to the charging infrastructure operation industry.Therefore,The objective of this pater to study the universal business model of A Charging infrastructure operator and discuss how to reconstruct it and be creative.Literature review,data collection and analysis from internet,and case study on A charging infrastructure operator were applied in this paper.The main focus of this paper has been confirmed through the large amount literature reviews and market research.Based on analyzing the development path and current status of domestic mainstream charging infrastructure operators,this paper elaborates the basic situation of A charging infrastructure operator and industry situation.This paper also summarizes the characteristics and problems of the existing business model,as well as the principles of business model innovation;Based on above research tools,this paper emphasizes the business model innovation and reconstruction suggestion for A charging infrastructure operator from the following perspectives.First,from the value proposition perspective,to set a high quality,high price' goal in order to differentiate A operator with other competitors;Second,from the segment market perspective,this paper proposes that A operator should evaluate its capability carefully to match the segment customers,but should also consider large scope of market;Third,from the marketing channel,to strengthen the agency channel by utilizing the resource channel from upstream and downstream industries and expanding country-wide and world-wide market;Forth,from the customer relationship perspective,let customers participate in service innovation;to improve charging services and charging management in order to facilitate vigorous customer relationship cycle;Fifth,from the key resource perspective,this paper proposes how to apply various resource to form the core competitiveness;Sixth,from the key business perspective,this paper explains the relationship between core business and value-added business;Seventh,from the key partnership perspective,this paper lists out three cooperative directions with partners;Eighth,from the revenue perspective,the author believes that the operator should not just expand the revenue sources but also extend value-added services;Nigh,from the cost structure perspective,the author suggests to reduce the cost of the non-core business in order to put the investment on the core business.Last but not the least,considering the implementability of the business model,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures combined with the internal and external factors that affect the innovation of the business model of the charging facility operator.
