Research On Coordination Management For Urban Rail Transit Project Construction Based On BIM

Since the 21st century,with the improvement of urban economic level,more and more cities in China have the conditions to construct urban rail transit.Urban rail transit has entered a new period of rapid development,and its construction line and investment have achieved rapid growth.As a large and complex comprehensive project,urban rail transit project usually has larger construction scale,more complex structure,stronger specialty,more numerous participating and wider social influence compared with general construction projects.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the current situation of urban rail transit project construction management from the aspects of project management mode,management concept and management method.Through literature analysis and expert interviews,the thesis summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the construction management from management concept,management organization and management method.Based on the characteristics,current situation and market environment,the thesis analyzes the necessity of construction coordination management of urban rail transit project.Through literature analysis and expert interviews,the thesis selects the influencing factors affecting the construction coordination management of urban rail transit project,and then classifies the influencing factors by using principal component analysis.The thesis constructs the model of coordination management and concludes that the realization of coordination management of construction needs to be based on an integrated communication platform with corresponding management organization and system as a guarantee.In terms of coordination management platform construction,the thesis proposes a program with BIM technology as the core,the general contractor as the leading force and real-time,patency and safety as the principle.With the framework of the vertical time and horizontal participating subjects,the thesis analyzes the main tasks and construction coordination management processes based on the BIM coordination management platform.In terms of standardization,it is proposed to strengthen the standardization construction from the aspects of model construction and model application environment.In terms of management organization,the thesis proposes a virtual model combining the federal model and the master-slave mode,which is applicable to the construction management status of urban rail transit projects.In terms of management system,the thesis proposes the institutional system with the constraint incentive system,supervision feedback system and educational training system as its core.Through the interaction of the above measures,the barrier between the elements is broken,and the coordination among the main participants in the construction process is realized.The management purposes of complementary advantages and aggregated amplification are realized,and the comprehensive effect of construction management of urban rail transit projects is improved.
