Research On Coordination Management Mechanism Of Urban Rail Transit Engineering Construction In Contract Sections

With the deepening of the urbanization process,the construction of urban rail transit projects ushered in the golden period.In order to better focus on the main business of the operation of the rail group,more and more urban rail transit builders began to promote the general contract management model of large bid sections,transferring the construction risk and management pressure to the contractors.The general contracting mode of large bid section construction is different from the previous general contracting mode of small bid section urban rail transit construction.It emphasizes the overall management level of the general contracting of the contractor,and directly controls the construction task and decentralizes the power to the project department of the working area.Therefore,compared with the previous contract mode,the overall management level of the general contract management department should be more focused in the large bid section mode.Therefore,this paper takes the coordination between the horizontal functional departments of the general contract management department as the research object to carry out the research on the design of the general contract coordination management mechanism of the large bid section urban rail transit construction.In order to enrich the depth of the research content and practical operation feasibility,this paper selects the construction general contracting project of nanjing metro line X as a specific case to carry out the research content of this paper.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,this paper defines the general contract coordination and management mechanism of large bid section construction based on the characteristics of the general contract construction mode and the concept definition of the coordination and management mechanism.On this basis,according to the coordination theory and interface theory of the relevant theoretical review,t his paper put forward the coordination management mechanism design of the theoretical framework.That is,from the perspective of interface theory,this paper proposes the coordination management mechanism including interface recognition,interface coordination organization and interface coordination methods,which are finally presented in the form of a process.Secondly,in the list and interface problem based on the analysis of the causes,the interface coordination organization design,according to the interface management requirements,identified in the project management office(PMO)as the interface to get the prototype,according to the specific situation of the case,combined with the interface management requirements,to design the organizational structure of the project management office,and designed a management information system framework.Then,according to the interface list and the causes of interface problems,the interface coordination method was selected according to the degree of uncertainty and dependence,and finally five coordination methods were determined: standardized coordination,grade neutral,information communication,information system,and grade coordination.Then,according to the interface coordination organization and interface activity list,the interface coordination process is designed and specified,which is: standardized management process,project information reporting process,knowledge management process,conflict management process,information management system.Finally,in order to ensure the availability and effectiveness of coordination management mechanism design,this article based on the mechanism of coordination and management elements design goal and content,set up the nanjing metro line X evaluation index system of construction general contracting management coordination mechanism,and to the management of the construction general contracting management and worker has carried on the questionnaire survey,and using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the quantitative evaluation,finally determine the mechanism of coordination and management level for the optimal design effect,can realize the expected design goal.
