With the improvement of urbanization level and the continuous increase of people’s income,the demand for cars in the central and western regions and the eastern regions is getting higher and higher,and relevant enterprises have issued many preferential policies to buy cars,resulting in the continuous increase of automobile consumption in China.At the same time,consumers’ requirements on products are constantly changing.From the initial focus on the use of products to the current high requirements on product quality,it means that the competition between enterprises is not only the competition of product use value,but more importantly,the competition of product quality.As an important part of automobile exterior trim,the quality of the rear door has a great influence on the quality of the whole vehicle.Therefore,how to improve the quality of automobile tail door and production process from the source,from the most critical quality characteristics,how to use quality diagnosis to continuously improve product quality has become the focus of attention of enterprises.When evaluate the SOD in the FMEA,often appear "inadequate" vague statements such as "high",and the general assessment method is the use of precise digital to deal with the fuzzy language,there is a big difference between this.Therefore,FMEA analysis method,fuzzy-VIKOR analysis method and P control chart were adopted in this study to analyze the priority of failure mode and implement improvement.Finally,the improvement results were standardized.Firstly,the failure modes and failure causes of the production line were analyzed,and the FMEA analysis table was developed.Fuzzy-VIKOR was used to calculate the experts’ scores.Then the severity,incidence and detectability were scored.At the same time,the weighted average method is used to process the fuzzy data,so as to obtain the risk score of the failure of various management activities.Then,VIKOR method was used to score each failure mode,and the order based on the group benefit value,individual regret value and the degree of approximation between each failure mode and the ideal solution was obtained.Finally,the critical failure mode ordering is obtained.The following three conclusions are obtained through analysis:First,as a traditional failure mode analysis tool,FMEA has the characteristics of convenient operation,comprehensive consideration,etc.,and has great practical effect.Secondly,the triangular fuzzy number is applied to the FMEA to deal with the problem of expert grading,which can make the grading more precise and scientific,and the calculated results more convincing.Thirdly,the VIKOR method was used to calculate the group benefit value,individual regret value of each failure mode and the close degree of the "ideal solution" and to determine the priority improvement order of the failure mode according to the order.Finally,the corresponding improvement measures were developed for the failure mode of the tail door assembly process,and the standard P control chart for monitoring in the tail door assembly workshop was made to provide a whole set of processes for the analysis,rectification and monitoring of the enterprise process,and at the same time,some references were provided for the quality management of related products in the same industry.
